I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.
If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time
I could have end up paying twice 😀

Wonderful hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Great location, not far from the airport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and airport transfer was also included.

WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal.
Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable.
All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

I have always stayed at the Radisson hotel in Nagpur. The service in this hotel is excellent. I would continue staying here whenever I visit for my business meetings. This hotel is highly recommended. Cleanliness was maintained, courteous staff, excellent food and location of the hotel.

It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.

I had a wonderful night at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to fully relax. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with restaurants and attractions easily accessible. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk.
Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ).

The hotel staff were all very kind.
The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.

GGuest UserLocation of the property is little away from the marketplaces & it is not welknown by the locals. Landmark is Poonam Mall. Food quality is good as per the ginger standard. Room sizes are comparetively better than Nashik Ginger, but yes compare to other hotels it is small in size. Sitting arrangement in reception area should be improved for comfortable sitting.

There is only one negative comment - every evening at app. 21.00 some electric engine started switching on and off every 20-25 seconds and at least until midnight, somewhere in the hotel close to my room. This noise did not allow me to sleep normally. After first night I applied to reception staff and they said if the noise repeats next evening, they will change my room. The next evening at 19.00 they called me and I told that there is no noise and everything is fine. Unfortunately, this noise started again at around 21.00, but at that time I was already in a bed, and did not have any wish to change the room.

GGuest UserLocation was very nice and beautiful. Only thing I did not like is the connectivity. There was no range for any carrier like jio Vodafone Airtel. On top of that the hotel wi-fi was also not working. Also it took lot of time to deliver the food which was ordered. But the hotel staff was very nice and cooperative and ready to help always. The food was really awesome with lots of varieties in fish and chicken and that too very tasty. If connectivity doesn't matter and u need to isolate urself dan u must visit this place. Beautiful view with all clouds coming down . I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

GGuest UserMajestic manor was a value for money property very near almost a walking distance from airport. The rooms were cosy, clean and tidy. Especially the bed with some stiffness which otherwise with heavy springs are worst for the back. Reception was kind and courteous and helped in guiding us for sightseeing.

PPANCHALon roof top and they did not fill water in cooler we had to ask them twice then they did it after an hour. Also our sound and decoration guy had a tuff time getting his things in as their service lift had lot of issues and would not work sometimes. But the food was good over most of the time so kudos for that. Also last thing it’s like a mesh some lift only goes to 1st floor we can’t go via stairs. Also one side stairs will go to 5th floor other side won’t not very friendly.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is new, nice and clean but one negative thing is the noise of the gym music ***** with the gym machinary is a drawback. Rest all is good. It was a nice and cosy stay
But however the drawback is there is a gym on the second floor and it gets very loud with all the music and the dropping of heavy weights on the floor was disturbing. Rest it was a good experience

GGuest UserThis place was awesome, earlier I was bit worried because I was alone with my girl and was confused about the place but as soon as I reach there I was relaxed as the location is just so perfect the view is awesome and the care taker were treating like out family members. I am more then happy.
