A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Very comfortable stay with a good view of the city. The service is top-notch with a great smile on all the staffs' faces. I liked the surprise cake in the room as it was our wedding night.

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

Good location, excellent staff. Rooms need bit upgrade. Staff in all functions area are exception. Eg : Dasha, Rahul, Swapnil, Jason, Joel, Anjali , Meina, Januka, Ella , Aniket , Ella , Guru, Umesh etc.. good food choices in menu , bit over price but good taste.

Super fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

I just loved the experience. Who is new to mumbai from that's perspective it's easy to locate and travel as well location is good, food is also good and services provided by hotel are good also staff is helpful.

Everything about this place is so wonderful. I love how this place reminds me of Hawa Mahal. Every inch of this hotel is art. Especially, the ceiling at the restaurant. I am going to stay in this hotel again this month. Very recommended

Best place to stay at Airport, excellent service and food. After long flight journey need best bed and silent atmosphere and we got it right at airport instead of going out at middle of the night. Thanks to Chef for preparing Jain food for breakfast as well as room service. Thanks Mr. Dinesh for helping with luggage and other information.

A better hotel in India, because it is a business trip, choose a more comfortable hotel. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Will stay again next time!

I recently stayed at Vivanta Pune for two weeks (25 Aug – 6 Sept) and, despite some initial challenges, the outstanding service truly made my stay worthwhile. Upon arrival, I encountered an issue with the room due to humidity, which wasn’t ideal. However, I must give special thanks to Anamika from the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure I was relocated to a better room as soon as one became available. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and her exceptional care made all the difference. For anyone looking to unwind, I highly recommend a visit to the hotel salon – Asif offers a wonderfully relaxing hair wash. It was a much-needed treat during my stay. When it came time to check out, the process was seamless. Though I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, they were incredibly efficient in splitting all my bills accurately and swiftly, which is rare in my experience with other hotels. I was very impressed by their professionalism. While the room issue did impact my initial impression, the outstanding service more than compensated for it. Because of the dedicated staff and their excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Vivanta Pune in the future.

Average price/performance ratio, hotel car price is particularly good

Near the hotel is the train station, there is no way to stroll around at night of course! Hotel facilities are new and breakfast is rich!

I had a great stay here .right from checking in to service to room dining to check out -it was great service all over ..Special thanks to house keeping team for a wonderful job In this trip ,I stayed in other 2 hotels as well in Pune /Mumbai but I will rank Double Tree as the first for best customer service

Hotel location is OK, there are some scattered shopping malls nearby, the distance is within 5KM, the train station is across the street. The facilities are relatively complete. The gym has enough aerobic equipment and less anaerobic equipment. Basically it is a set of dumbbells and a chest pusher. The pool and spa are just outside the gym. I tend to have three meals a day at the hotel. Breakfast, 70 RMB, more dishes and more seats; Chinese, dinner, and buffet dishes are a bit Indian, and I don't take care of tourists from other countries.

The reservation room is recommended to bring breakfast, it is more sanitary, there are few places to eat around, the hotel wifi is not good, there are three security personnel at the entrance, and the security of the entrance to the hotel. There is Japanese cuisine on the 0th floor of the hotel. It is not in the middle and the room is good. I want to say that the sofa in my room, from my stay until I left, is wet. Later I discovered that it should not be artificial, because the air conditioner is heavy. Compared to other surrounding hotels, this hotel is highly recommended and has an airport shuttle. I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

Great property and great value add to Navi Mumbai.Awsome restaurant Nazara with delicious food n drinks. The service was friendly and prompt with awsome staff. An evening well spent. I would highly recommend you guys to try the dimpsum and seafood on the menu.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.
