Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel. You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

The room was compact, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and a smaller window that could be opened for ventilation; the floor was very clean, but the bedding wasn't so hygienic, even though the staff changed it diligently; the location was out of the way, with many narrow passageways leading in and out.

This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient! It's also super easy to catch the SkyTrain to other terminals. We took it to the train station, then transferred to the Airport Express to get downtown. After exploring, we came back to sleep – so convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and it starts at 2 AM, which is perfect for transit passengers. No need to worry about finding food downstairs either; being an airport, there are 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Currency exchange and everything else you might need are all readily available, very well-equipped. The room's cleanliness was excellent. We were two adults and one child. We paid an extra 500,000 IDR for an extra bed, and that fee included an additional breakfast, extra amenities, etc., which was really great value. Even though it was Ramadan and there were many pilgrimage groups, there were no morning prayer 'morning calls', which was fantastic – very quiet! Highly recommend! When visiting Jakarta, you should either stay in the CBD or at this place. Staying in the old city would probably just be a hassle. 😂

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

Pros: the hotel serves breakfast from 2:30 to 10:00 am and provides a free shuttle to the airport. Cons: The hotel looks so close to the airport but the way to drive from the airport to the hotel is not straightforward. As our flight was quite late, we were tired. We wanted to cancel the 2nd night booking because of the change of our business plan but the hotel disallowed. Surprisingly some customers were complaining at the front desk when we were checking in. It didn't sound good. The towels are very old and yellow. During breakfast, there is no coffee machine. If you want coffee from a coffee machine, you have to pay separately and that's what we did. Conclusion: there are a lot of choices in Jakarta, probably we won't go back to this one simply because of what we saw at the check in night.

Overall, a decent stay for a quick airport transition. However, I was disappointed to find no shuttle service available when arriving at CGK around midnight. On the plus side, the check-in process was seamless even at that late hour; the front desk was staffed and had our key cards ready immediately. Good for a basic stay, but better transport coordination is needed.

I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains! Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free. For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!

The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service, although it only runs at certain times. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the shower could be improved as the water was a bit muddy, and the floor seemed slightly mouldy.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. It's very close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers transiting from Jakarta to Komodo, and includes airport transfers. They even have a WeChat account, so you can easily book your pickup from your home country. However, the pickup location was a bit tricky to find. I'd suggest they create a new video or picture guide for the pickup point. The hotel itself is very clean, and while the room was small, it was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, our room wasn't ready until past 5 PM, even though check-in is at 2 PM. The efficiency could definitely be improved.

DDMBDMBLovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

GGuest UserUpon arrival the porter came out with a big smile and a luxurious covered hotel trolly. It was unique and eye catching. The front desk staff greeted with a biggest smile and gave us room we booked. The whole process till our room didn’t take 5minutes. Superb service!! Our room was COLD with AC On and the porter came right up. After unpacking we head down to the swimming pool and the view and water temperature was spot on. Our family had a great time. Because BX mall was connected we could go shopping and eat various food and snacks that we craved. In the morning the breakfast was amazing so much food to choose from and staffs there wouldn’t leave the empty used plates alone. Hahaha they were very polite and pleasant. Our toddler son wanted an fresh orange juice and just by hearing this he even made one for free. It was just a one night stay but the time flew like an arrow. We are definitely going to stay here again. Splendid job Double tree Bintaro!! Two thumbs up!!

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

CChenhaishichenHad an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.

DDaihaoeryi473The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.

KKongLSHad a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a >200m walk from the reception.

GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
