Its ok but you seriously need to upkeep with your maintenance. Being in an ashley group means that you cannot play with your maintenance. Towel ia 7/10. Not white enough
The room was really small, but everything else was okay. Luckily, there was a pool and a gym. The breakfast was a bit on the Japanese side, and the variety wasn't extensive. The congee here is generally on the dry side, which isn't really what people from my country are used to.
This hotel is located just outside the domestic departure counters area in T3. It has a 10m+ pool and a good gym. The breakfast is not up to 4 4-star hotel standards, but is pretty good. If you want a comfortable place for a long layover in CGK, esp if your next flight is from T3, there is no better choice than Grand Anara. There's a cheaper Anara on the other side of T3, and there's a ”Digital Hotel” nearby for a cheaper price if you want to save a few bucks.
Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.
This hotel is really good. The front desk staff's English is excellent, and they offer breakfast. It's also very close to the airport! Due to my flight schedule, I extended my stay for a few hours, and they didn't overcharge me, which shows they are very reputable!
The hotel’s location near the airport was extremely convenient, and both the surroundings and room conditions were excellent. Breakfast was satisfying, offering a good variety to start the day. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. The shuttle bus service was also very helpful, providing an easy ride to the airport. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place that made traveling much easier.
I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!
Cleaning condition is bad... When I check in there are many Hairs on the floor.
Small fries are in the room, looks come from toilet.
So far good with good price. I have been using this hotel every month since last year. Getting unhygine condition. And..... it is really serious issue, they never change menu for breakfast. I eat same menu for more than 1 year... Vivere... wake up!!!
Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Double Tree Bintaro, the location was perfect for our trip , the mall connected to the hotel was very convenient. Hotel staff are all very attentive and friendly from front desk staff , restaurant staff and concierge staff . The size of the room was spacious and the rooms were clean and new . Breakfast was great with many selection of Indonesian food and western food. Everyday the restaurant staff offer special dish from the chef to hotel guest which makes us feel very special.Swimming pool was great too, nice to swim while relaxing at the hotel. We will come back to this hotel because of a great hospitality and great location.Thank you Double Tree Hotel .

GGuest UserThis resort is excellent and very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly, truly making it the best place to stay in Anyar. I would definitely come back if I visit Anyar again. The only minor drawback I experienced was that during my weekday stay, I needed some stationery (pen and paper) and it wasn't available in the room. Overall, it was great. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserLocation: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.
Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.
GGuest UserIt is an old hotel that was built together with the terminal building. Soundproof glass insulate the noise well from aircrafts just right outside.
Shower with abundant of water flows.
Etc that show how a people put their best to built in 90’s era.
We did not have the chance for the breakfast though.
Cons:
The smoking room right beside lobby and restaurant. It has a ventilation inwards instead of exhaust, causing smoke flows to lobby and lingers there area hotel.
They could make some improvement by changing the mattress , pillow and bed, too old, too soft and loose support.
GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
WwaterskiDue to a late flight arrival and the notoriously bad traffic in Jakarta, I opted to stay here to avoid the hassle. Its proximity right in the airport terminal, a mere ten-minute walk, is indeed its only redeeming quality.
The facilities are appalling; giving it a three-star rating feels overly generous. The bathroom lacked a glass door or even a shower curtain, and despite my careful efforts to turn the water down low, the entire bathroom floor was drenched after showering, making it impossible to walk without getting my slippers soaked.
The most unbearable part was the shoddy connecting door to the adjacent room. Good heavens, the guests who checked in at 2 or 3 AM chatted incessantly until 6 AM the next morning. Even though I couldn't understand what they were saying, every single word was crystal clear. I couldn't sleep a wink all night—it was maddening! I had originally planned to get more rest, but instead, I got none. I regret it deeply.
For this quality, priced at over 700 RMB, I'd rather stay at the Four Seasons in the city for 1400 RMB!
It might be barely acceptable if you absolutely have to stay for a transit, but if you have any other option or more time, avoid this place at all costs. Horrible.
KKusumaA good beach front hotel. It used to be my favourite hotel since 2015. However, it's very disappointing now. For this price, there's a lot they can improve especially the food quality. It's hard to find a proper restaurants in this area, I really hoped we could count on the hotel restaurant during our stay but we're disappointed. The food at the buffet dinner is all bad, too sweet, too salty, not fresh seafood (rotten fish), meat is also too dry & not fresh, maybe already kept in freezer for too long, but the price is not cheap. The room is a bit outdated, the bathroom has no single hanger, where do you expect us to put our towel when taking shower? On the floor? I really love this hotel, that's why I wrote this honest review and hopefully it will improve so we can visit this hotel again in our future trip.
Ffang001206This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my one-week business trip in Indonesia. The airport pickup was arranged seamlessly, and the hotel itself is very new. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked spotless. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers greeted me with big, genuine smiles, making me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Oh, and the airport transfer to the hotel took only 20 minutes, while the drop-off to the airport was just 5 minutes – extremely convenient!
