⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Urban Lion. The staff was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. The service was also good and the staff made sure that guests were comfortable throughout their stay. Overall, a great place for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Urban Lion to others and would love to visit again.

This hotel is very old. My room seems like it hasn't been renovated, though I noticed some other rooms that looked updated. The shower facilities were absolutely terrible and completely unworthy of a 5-star rating; besides the water pressure, there was nowhere to hang the showerhead. The in-room amenities were also very outdated, and the curtains let in light in the morning. I stayed for six nights, and the breakfast basically repeated every two days. By the time I had an early flight, I didn't even want them to prepare a breakfast box anymore. Other services and facilities were okay. It's a very cheap 5-star hotel, but next time I'll definitely choose a newer international chain hotel.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful. For India, it is a standard small hotel, dirty. It is conveniently located - 5 minutes walk from the Aerocity Metro to stay between flights - that is the most. The area is noisy, there are rooms with the exit to the street, there is in the yard - here as lucky ... For uncharacteristic people will suit.

The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after. The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality. There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again.

The hotel staff were all incredibly kind. They greeted me with warm smiles and patiently waited for me to move at my own pace, which I really appreciated as I tend to be a bit slow. I always prioritize cleanliness, especially in the rooms and bedding, and I was completely satisfied with how neat and tidy everything was. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The location was also good. It was about a 20-minute walk to Aerocity, which was convenient for exploring the surroundings and getting around. Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
