The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great service and atmosphere! I forgot to close the window before heading out, and some bugs got in at night. The staff kindly helped us clean up again.

The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. Actually the hotel is good, only get a bad experience for the first time staying here, I ordered a romantic dinner directly to this hotel cp, I made sure it was private and didn't share with others. But the reality is ZONK. On the day of H, I checked in, I didn't know if there was a single organ, I wanted to sing near the pool. I was told how many hours have been. Seriously, I have paid expensive and I was in a hurry, where many people were lined up, the gifts were also as good as it was just a day, even though I booked the dinner Romantic DR VERY DAY. Not bad, the price is 1jt, but if the waiter is so 😥 starts at 19.00 - 21.00 he said, but the tb is being rushed at 17.00-19.00 hadeh. If I didn't say I wouldn't accept it, I would have dinner at 17.00 pdhl before saying 19.00 . But besides that, it's okay, fortunately it sells a sea view. Please improve the service yes. I'm just disappointed that I should have a romantic momment dinner, even a place to be a crowded, and many people passing by when I want to take pictures. The dinner was only 1 hour and even asked to be brought to the room for the rest. It's a pity if you have to pay 1 jt so

Mostly satisfactory, the only downside is the slow internet connection and frequent sudden disconnects, the hot water for the shower is not hot enough... only slightly warm. As for the restaurant, the taste of vegetables and side dishes is a bit less than my taste (not very tasty), although I appreciate the great selection of food for breakfast, very diverse. It's a shame there is no mendoan typical of Banyumas. Otherwise, very satisfying, friendly service, good location and serene atmosphere. I took a deluxe room. Awesome

the inn is very concept,like staying in a hotel.hygiene is very ok,the receptionist is very helpful,there is a reading room for those who are happy to read,the food in the cafeteria is also mostly delicious. Next trip to Tembalang must order here again.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

It was an awesome experience in Aruss. I would like to commend the very helpful employees, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Hotel is near supermarket making it really convenient on buying your food or late night snacks however, its quite far from malls and other landmarks. During ramdaman, it took us few minutes to book a taxi, whether gojek or bluebird and the fare rate shoot up when non-peak hours. I would appreciate if the pool is heated and if the sauna will be placed outside the gym. But all in all, I love my stay in Aruss hotel and I will definitely comeback.
