The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful view of the famous mosque. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mehmet, who is an exceptional person—extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect...literally a few steps from the bus station, and close to all the main sites of the city and Ledra Street crossing etc. The staff were very good; professional and friendly. The room was cleaned properly. It is an older building so don't expect anything fancy. While the room is small, it is comfortable, and the heater works very well. The toilet/shower area is very small, but manageable. There is a small fridge too. And they serviced the room. The only negatives for me are the fact that smoking is allowed in the hotel, so the room smelled of stale smoke, the WiFi was too slow at times to stream video, and it's quite expensive for the type of room (although I'm guessing Nicosia is expensive in general for rooms). I still recommend the hotel, and had a good stay there.

The hotel is located on a street about 15-20 minutes from Büyük Han, in a fairly lively area. The hotel itself looks elegant and quite modern. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom was very clean. There's an outdoor pool with a cover for bad weather, and a spa with a sauna, hammam, and hot/cold showers. The casino was a letdown; the prices to play were extremely high, and the atmosphere felt oppressive. The staff was courteous 90% of the time, but in a couple of instances at the reception, they weren't the most helpful.

The hotel is located in Nicosia. Friends who don't have a car do not recommend it. It is not convenient to go anywhere. In addition, it is recommended to book directly through Agoda. I booked them through Agoda in Trip.com and the price will be better. It is difficult to walk without a car in Beisai, and taxis are too expensive.

Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

Gate Twenty Two really surprised me in the best way. The art-inspired design is genuinely inspiring — every corner feels thoughtfully curated, more like a gallery than a typical hotel. Modern, creative and full of character. The location is one of the best in Nicosia — right near the park, which is a real gem in the city and makes for a lovely morning walk or run. Felt like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. Great room, lovely atmosphere, and a hotel that clearly has a strong sense of identity. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nicosia!

The hotel is relatively old, the rooms and services are quite satisfactory, there is a gym and swimming pool. The main problem is that the breakfast is exactly the same every day, although it tastes good, the variety is really limited.

A small but nice boutique hotel. The room is pretty, quite big, very clean and bright with natural light. It has balcony and also a big mirror so I can dress properly and put my make up on. I feel like home in this hotel. Breakfast is also very nice, ala carte but you can get as much as foods you want and very delicious. The eggs on brown bread with halloumi cheese and salad is very satisfying, and the fruits are very fresh as well. Very good quality and value for money! Highly recommend!
