We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

Continental Comfort in Budapest 🏩 For €260 a night 💶, the “junior suite” delivers big on comfort — a bed you’ll melt into 🛏️, pillows with personality, and a breakfast omelette 🍳 that could win awards. The staff are genuinely lovely 😊, and the building itself has a historic glass dome that makes you stop and stare. Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌. Nice hotel in the downtowns. They have very big free packing area and good breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the view. From my window, I could see the majestic Buda Castle and the river — a truly stunning sight both during the day and beautifully lit at night. It made my stay feel extra special and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest who wants a mix of comfort and breathtaking scenery.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!

Positive aspects: The cleanliness was superb. There was a varied and clean breakfast. It's a nice and elite hotel with friendly staff. Here are some things I think a hotel of this quality should have, but doesn't: There were no slippers, paper cups, plastic bags, or kettles, which are all standard amenities in a hotel. Slippers were sold for cash. If these were provided, the hotel would be a complete hotel.

The room was very clean and tidy, and there was almost no noise. The location and price were very reasonable. The only drawback was that the hotel was located in an area with undulating terrain, so you have to go through a long flight of stairs on the way from the bus station to the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage, climbing the stairs will be tiring. People with old age and bad legs and feet need to consider this. I was very satisfied with everything else and will book a room again next time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and truly an outstanding experience from start to finish, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful We stayed there during my husband birthday and when we returned to our room ,we found a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us!!! along with a personalized birthday card from the General Manager. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made the celebration extra special. The hotel attention to detail and committed to guest satisfaction are truly impressive!!!! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfort and memorable stay,

All round the Corinthia Budapest is a great hotel with good prices and excellent service from very friendly employees throughout the hotel. Excellent spar. Relaxed lounge areas. The bedroom on fifth floor was very nice clean and comfortable. The heating system is set at a high temperature which can become quite uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Loved the Christmas decorations and Christmas Sunday brunch with free flowing beverages.  Very tasty food in the restaurant. The only issues we would highlight is the problem with the hotel being so big that the breakfast restaurant gets very crowded with delayed self service causing the food to become cold by time you sit down. This is also due to many guests leaving the Bain Marie food service warmer lids open as they are rushing to get food. Also the coffee is machines are not good quality or require servicing as the coffee was warm or cold once milk or cream was added. This was the case everyday over 5 days we never got a hot coffee.  Hot food and drinks are very important and this was unfortunately the only let down during our stay.  Hence the reason for a lower review score.  Aside from this I would recommend the hotel.

Clean room, great breakfast buffet, nice pools. The only downside may be the distance to the center of Budapest but bus stations are close enough. So calculate around 25 minutes. Recommended.
