Straight from the plane to the hotel, the shuttle bus was a lifesaver! What really impressed me was the hotel's free shuttle bus. No need to drag my luggage around looking for transportation! After exiting Terminal 1 A Arrivals at the airport, just follow the signs for a few minutes and you'll find the pick-up point. The bus schedule is super frequent, basically every 30 minutes, running from 9 AM until past 10 PM. I arrived just in time and didn't have to wait at all. The ride to the hotel took less than 10 minutes, which was incredibly convenient for someone with a lot of luggage!

Had a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Booked a nice deal with the tea time, happy hour & breakfast buffet. First time to book hotel along wanchai and i must say its a convenient place since its near everything. The hotel might be a little old but the service was fast and staff are friendly. Hope they could refill the conditioner dispenser before the guest settled in because when i am taking a shower i was only able to use a small amount of conditioner. But thats only a small glitch, i will still consider to go back and book again.

The hotel service was excellent. The front desk lady had a lovely smile and check-in was very quick. The facilities, well, they reminded me of a high-ranking official's guesthouse in mainland China – a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The room wasn't huge; it felt spacious for one person, just right for two, and would be cramped for three, so I was glad I was alone. The hotel is large and quiet, with several restaurants. Since I was close to the airport, I didn't dine in the main restaurants, but I did try the cakes from the patisserie in the hallway. They were delicious, much better than the food in the airport terminal. I had them twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The lady serving was very kind; she even came out to see me off when I left, thanking me for my patronage and inviting me to come again. I was really touched. Her cakes and coffee were fantastic and very filling. I'll definitely go back for her cakes and coffee if I get the chance. I was in a rush and forgot to take photos, but I'll make sure to next time.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve. I originally booked a triple room and was worried it would be very small, but then I was upgraded to a large room with a sea view upon check-in, which was a wonderful surprise! Hygiene: It was very clean and tidy. Service: We had to wait a bit because it was peak season, but it was quick, and a server even brought us milk tea. Facilities: Most basic amenities were provided, but disposable toiletries and bottled water needed to be brought by ourselves. Luckily, I had done my research and brought them along. Environment: The surrounding area is very lively! I went there for Zhou Shen's New Year's Eve concert at Kai Tak, and even at 1 or 2 AM, there were still many restaurants open, as well as 7-Eleven. I wasn't worried about walking at night, and transportation is very convenient. Tsim Sha Tsui East Station goes directly to Kai Tak, and you can even watch the sunrise from your room. I tried both breakfast and afternoon tea, which were decent. If I have the chance, I would choose The Emperor Hotel again. Not bad, not bad at all.

The hotel located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station at walking distance. Room was great, clean and spacious. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were nice. There was shopping mall nearby where you can use the hotel elevator to get there (Level B1 - DONKI mall, and Level 1/2 - mira place). But that means people other than hotel guests may use the elevator so it is very busy during peak hour. There were pocket wifi and traveling adaptor provided for foreigner so you can explore Hong Kong freely without using your own mobile data.

The hotel's location is super convenient, less than 200 meters from Tin Hau MTR station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with many street food stalls, fruit shops, and mini-marts right downstairs. The front desk offers power bank rentals and fast-charging cables, making it easy to charge your phone. I'm not sure if I got lucky or if all rooms have such high ceilings, but this room on the 27th floor felt like it had a ceiling height of about 4 meters. The room itself isn't large, but it doesn't feel stuffy or cramped at all. The only drawback is the tiny bathroom, especially the shower area. Plus, the frosted glass is a bit too translucent; it would be awkward to shower if you're not with someone you're very familiar with. The hotel is very thoughtful; the room comes with a universal adapter and multi-functional charging cables, so it's easy to charge different types of phones. Additionally, you can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out, which makes getting around much easier. A big thank you to the hotel for proactively calling me to let me know they found my ID and bank card that I left on the bed – that was amazing! And to top it off, when I checked out on the last day of 2025 (which sounds like it's still in the future!), the hotel gave me Ferrero Rocher chocolates. I was so happy; it was a sweet way to welcome the New Year's holiday.

I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 pm and travelled there by subway. The hotel is quite far from the subway station and there are many staircases along the way, which makes it inconvenient when travelling with large luggage. The hotel is located near an industrial area, with only a few eateries nearby. There is another shopping mall scheduled to open soon behind the hotel. On a positive note, there are direct airport buses (A22 and A29) available near the McDonald’s. The hotel room is clean, and housekeeping does a good job of maintaining the room daily. The room itself is spacious enough to open two large suitcases comfortably. However, the bed was a major downside. It was not comfortable at all, and the mattress quality was extremely poor—I could clearly feel the bed springs. I strongly suggest the hotel consider replacing the mattresses. The pillow was also very flat, although they did provide extra pillows upon request, which was appreciated.

The hotel boasts a convenient location with excellent public transport links. It's only a few hundred meters from the MTR Fortress Hill Station, about a 5-minute walk. There's also a 'ding ding' tram route nearby; make sure to take a ride on this century-old tram! The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. It's worth noting that the hotel embraces an eco-friendly philosophy, so disposable toiletries (like toothbrushes and combs) and complimentary bottled water are not proactively provided. Guests should bring their own or purchase them at the hotel. The Deluxe Seaview Rooms offer views of Victoria Harbour. There are also some great local snacks around the hotel. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend 'Fook Yuen Tang Yuan'.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is incredibly close to the concert venue, making it super convenient for shows. They even have a dedicated entrance for quick security checks. It's only a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. Nearby, there's the Kai Tak Retail Hub with plenty of great food and drink options. You can easily snag a table at Chicha San Chen and Sushiro during non-peak hours when there aren't any performances. Now for the negatives: It's not particularly close to Sung Wong Toi or Kai Tak MTR stations. Since it's an eco-friendly hotel, the facilities are a bit basic. However, considering the usual room rates in Hong Kong are quite reasonable, it balances out. That said, during performance events, the room prices skyrocket.

Check in was fast and room was good size for the price and area of Causeway Bay which is always busy. There was a tap for filtered water in bathroom to refill bottles and drink clean water. Room was quiet and air con strong though Hong Kong was cool during visit. Decor in room was older but hotel has classical design and grand looking reception area. Did not try other facilities or food as many restuarants nearby. Would stay here again.

XXiaolongnv8868Located in a traditional residential area! Kennedy Town is very convenient with minibuses running quite late into the night! You basically step off the bus right at the entrance! The front desk staff were very polite! A deposit is required. It's really suitable for students or anyone looking for a simple, clean place to stay! The cleanliness truly deserves praise 👍! The bed is a bit small, haha, definitely only for thin people! It's very close to the pier, so you can go and try some freshly made congee (ting jai juk)! Aberdeen also has a wonderful local vibe! ❤️ If they open more branches, I'll definitely be a repeat customer! The money you save here can be spent on other nice things, hehe 😁 Keep up the good work, Nan Yu!

MM16331****The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, the hygiene is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The coffee in the lobby is really good, and they give you a pineapple bun every morning, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is great, not far from Prince Edward MTR Station. The hotel price is moderate. Recommended.

The housekeeping service was also good; no one disturbed me. It's suitable for travelers, and it's right at Exit D2 of Tsim Sha Tsui.

__WeChat46033****Much better than expected! It's very close to Wan Chai MTR Station Exit C, about 200 meters away. Along the way, there are many small eateries, and also many Caucasians and South Asians starting to drink and hang out on the streets in the afternoon. There's also a trendy Hong Kong dessert shop nearby that's been quite popular recently, but the queue was too long so I didn't go in. By chance, I stumbled into a noodle shop called 'Jiang Gong Yan Xuan' (姜公严选), which was indeed delicious, but surprisingly didn't accept Octopus or Alipay. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, the room is small, but the interior space here felt quite reasonable and didn't give off a cramped feeling. The bathroom was tiny, with the door hitting my knees when sitting on the toilet, but it was clean and newly renovated, which was a plus. We got complimentary coffee upon check-in, and the reception staff were very enthusiastic and helped with our luggage. However, be sure to request a room away from the elevator; I noticed one room directly next to the elevator on our floor, which would definitely have poor sound insulation. Staying in the middle of the corridor, there were no issues.

GGuest UserPhenomenal place to stay - only quirk getting out of the way first it can be slightly tricky to find being in the mid Levels, so a taxi/shuttle would be better than walking. However, the room was spacious and very nice, clean with a great view from the 13th floor. The front desk was extra helpful by helping with my phone charger issue on top of being punctual, helpful etc. Great building as well, there is a Fusion maybe three minutes away walking so picking up random necessities is useful and a gas station with some random items as well so you will always be able to grab something quick. Great little restaurant next to the greeting area as well, Hainanese chicken is great and I used my free drink voucher as well. Fantastic place to stay, I will be back next time I am in HK

MM297565****This place is decent. The hygiene is pretty good, though the room is a bit small. That's understandable given that space is at a premium on Hong Kong Island. The price was great during the off-season, especially with fewer people around due to the typhoon. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was drizzling all day, and because of the typhoon, the MTR to Hong Kong Island was temporarily shut down. I tried to hail a Didi for ages in the morning; taxis didn't want to go out because of the typhoon, and Didi drivers were price gouging, asking for HKD 300 or even HKD 500. Some even accepted the order but never showed up and didn't cancel. It wasn't even that far. Finally, an uncle accepted the order and showed up in the rain, and he didn't even charge extra! I couldn't believe it, he was a truly honest person. The wind and rain weren't even that bad, and there were few cars on the road. I chatted with the driver; he spoke Cantonese, and we spoke Mandarin, but we could mostly understand each other. Older people are often more down-to-earth. The driver was over 50, born in Hong Kong, with ancestral roots in Guangdong. His daughter is still young. It's not easy for men to provide for their families. We arrived at the hotel quickly, and the fare was HKD 123. We gave the driver a 10 RMB note as a tip to thank him.

BBubbleCatThe location is fantastic, right in the heart of Causeway Bay. It's a very historic hotel, almost like stepping back in time. However, you can't evaluate the amenities by modern standards, or you'll be disappointed. It's perfectly fine for a short stay of a night or two though.

The hotel nearby all you need including convenience store ; shopping mall just a 10 minutes but no breakfast provide inside the property and do not have separate bed only double bed so if you get a child this is not the one of the choice .
