Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, situated in the bustling Causeway Bay, just a 10-minute walk from MTR Exits F and D1 to The Park Lane. The hotel definitely has a dated feel with old-fashioned decor. However, I have a soft spot for nostalgia, which is why I chose it among the many hotels in Causeway Bay. It's about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Park, perfect for an evening stroll, and there are plenty of cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style cafes) and shopping malls nearby.
Upon checking in late at night, tired, the receptionist didn't even look up or greet me. They also claimed I hadn't booked breakfast when I had. The service wasn't meticulous, and there was no eye contact or smile, which felt quite impolite.
The room's cleanliness was just average. Later, the duty manager, Mr. Cheng, called me back, patiently explained things, and allowed a slight extension for my check-out time. This recovery in service definitely helped restore some reputation for this 25-year-old establishment.

PS21To celebrate our anniversary, the hotel upgraded my city-view room to a racecourse-view room. The racecourse view was magnificent, and I imagine it would be even more exciting on a Wednesday race day.
Due to environmental considerations, you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but you can also buy them at the hotel for a very reasonable $1.
Regarding the location, you need to use the underground tunnel from the hotel entrance to reach Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, which takes about ten to fifteen minutes.

GeleilingenyuwenshanNot expensive, and the hotel is very new. The overall style is simple, which young people should like. There are many city bus stops nearby, which is very convenient. It's only a ten-minute walk to the pier if you're going to Lamma Island from here. Recommended.

Guest UserI am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations.
First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience.
After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan.
Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience.
Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked.
My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay.
The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory.
The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation.
The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs.
I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay.
In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay.
I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter.

amazingyenI had a wonderful stay at WAKE Concept Hotel during my recent trip to Hong Kong. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, making it very convenient to explore the city, visit attractions, and find local restaurants nearby.
The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size is compact, which is common in Hong Kong, the layout is efficient and provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
For travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and good-value hotel in a central location, WAKE Concept Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Anonymous UserVery convenient location just outside N5 Exit of Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room isn’t much but does the job. Wifi is extremely stable and aircon is strong as well.
Some things to note: as the room is narrow so it might be difficult to open your luggage; waiting time for the lift might take long; check in counter is quite busy so factor in at least 15-20 minutes for check in / check out at the stipulated time

Halo-SallyThis business hotel is located in the heart of Wanchai, offering excellent transport links with the MTR, trams, and buses all nearby. It's conveniently close to Central and the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips.
The room was generally clean, and although the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. The desk is suitable for work, and you can request different pillow firmness.
The breakfast offers a sufficient selection of Chinese and Western simple dishes to meet daily needs. The rooftop pool and gym are definite highlights.
Minor drawbacks: Rooms facing the street can experience a bit of street noise, and as is common with hotels in Hong Kong, the room size is on the smaller side, so manage your expectations.

Guest UserExcellent and very clean! My son even got to practice some English with the owner, so it was definitely worth it. At first, I was a bit apprehensive seeing so many foreigners at the entrance, thinking it might not be safe. But once inside, I realized that wasn't the case at all. The owner was right there, making it feel very secure and friendly. Seeing that we were three adults with a child, they even offered an extra set of toiletries, though we didn't end up using them as we had our own. Families with kids should definitely consider this place; it's a great opportunity for them to practice English with the owner and understand its importance. This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic too – Victoria Harbour is just a few hundred meters walk from the entrance. We stayed out until 10 pm and simply walked back, saving on subway fares. Besides the noisy air conditioning, everything else was perfect! Highly recommended!!!

Guest UserThe environment here is fantastic, and there's a swimming pool. The room is spacious with a great view; you can see the sea as soon as you open the curtains. I always book this hotel when I go back to Hong Kong. The only inconvenience is that the shuttle service from the hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station isn't frequent enough, so the waiting time is too long.

suesoFor my trip to Hong Kong, I chose the Hotel COZi · Resort in Tuen Mun, and overall, it offered great value for money, especially for families with kids. The hotel is very close to Tuen Mun MTR station, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting to Disneyland and border crossings is also easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and some of the themed rooms are really fun for kids. The public facilities include a pool, a gym, and a children's play area, where kids can have a blast.
The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. There's a West Rail Line directly to Mong Kok, Kai Tak, and Tsim Sha Tsui, and also a light rail that reminds me of Kamakura in Japan. All in all, the prices are friendly, the facilities are new, and it helps avoid the high hotel prices in the city center. It's highly recommended for family trips and leisure holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
