Guest UserThe room was very clean and nice, but there was no water. It would be great if bottled water could be provided. It's about 3.5km from the airport, and getting a taxi is convenient. The surrounding roads are also great for a morning run.

It does what it needs. If you want to check in before 3pm it is not possible, you have to leave your luggage in a locker, of course against cost. If all lockers are occupied than surprisingly the room is already ready. All is for the rules, the staff has no flexibility to address customer needs. No one can tell me that with a hotel of this size there is no room ready after 12 am, it is not that all people want to check-in at the same time. Simple statistics. I wanted to have breakfast spontaneously, was not possible because I didn’t book it the night before. Exceptions not possible! I get it that the hotel needs to plan in advance, however it is also simple statistics with a buffet of this size. So hotel rather misses out on guests who want to pay extra due to rules.
When you just need a room for a night the hotel is totally fine. If you need anything extra the stuff needs to follow the rules no matter the request.

This modern chain hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, train, and bus stations, making it easy to get to both the city center and the airport. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping mall called FIELD'S, which has a big supermarket, so dining and shopping options are very convenient. The rooms are small but well-equipped with everything you need, including a kettle. You'll need to pick up a hairdryer from the front desk. Each room has a private bathroom, though the shower area is a bit cramped, which is the only minor drawback.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, and the front desk staff were really nice. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast was good. They provide a bottle of water daily, and you can get hot water from the restaurant. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small – I had to move a chair to open my suitcase on the floor – and the sink was clogged.

Guest UserHotel was close to the central train station, which was very useful coming in from the airport. Hotel had provided us with free macaroons and champagne as we were on our honeymoon! Was very pleased with our stays

Anonymous UserGreat hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy.
What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time.
The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

Anonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

BiechuquwanleThe room was spacious and everything was great. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes.
Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety.

Guest UserThis hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

Maramii33I don't know where to start, the hotel was AMAZING! It was a very comfortable stay, we got an upgrade to a one bedroom studio it was perfect very comfy very clean fully equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, big refrigerator, stove, cutlery and utensils with a nice view. The staff were so friendly and respectful specially Nicolas who checked us in! The were flexible with the check in and check out time too. Excellent location very near to the train station and the city centre all walking distance we didn't need any transport, the area itself of the hotel is new and clean and quiet away from the crowd yet very near to everything! Will definitely book again with the chain anywhere.
