The proximity to CPH airport which is about under 10mins walk is really great if you have an early flight. The bed is great for a good night rest. Room size is just about right to open two big luggages.
Everything is self-service, hence the average score, however they also have service staff at the counter to help for those who need assistance.
Very basic amenities like shampoo and body/hand soap plus a hairdryer like most of the Scandinavia / European hotels. Would be nice if could provide a kettle to make some hot drinks. Clean towels which is good but would be better if could provide bath robe.
I’ve paid for the breakfast and it had good variation.

This hostel is strategically located to several attractions that are walking distance. Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, National Museum of Denmark, New Harbor, Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and many more.
What makes this Hostel stood out is the amenities where travellers could meet and have fun. There are bars, billiards, beer pongs, and other activities that the guests even solo traveller could have fun. This also offers opportunities to meet local people and other tourists nearby. I will definitely come back soon and book this place.
The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything! Even though it's super close to the airport, the rooms are incredibly quiet! Not a peep of noise! The breakfast spread is amazing! Lots of delicious breads and pastries! And a great variety of sausages too!!!
Hotel is clean, chic, and modern with nice kitchen utensils, eventhough some spots look a bit dusty. The very minus point is the location is very hard to recognize because it’s located in the middle of tall buildings and I have to go through quite a lot stairs. The hotel location pin point is not accurate and it led me to an old and creepy warehouse which then I realized the hotel located next to it, but the gate wasn’t open at that time (probably because it’s almost midnight). I came at 11pm with a lot of confusion to find the hotel, tried to contact the CS but no reply or solution was given, ended up found the hotel after 1 hour.
Easy check in and check out. Booked because of the proximity to the airport. Only downside is there isn’t a shuttle service available for the airport and the train station is pretty far. Overall the short stay was good and easy to get to the airport by cab.
The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked.
It was a clean, small room with a large TV and a view of the inner courtyard. The front desk staff were friendly. The hotel's location was very quiet, right next to the famous Frederiksborg Castle, in the heart of the old town. The room itself was also quiet and pleasant. There were Danish, Swedish, and German channels available. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and the advertised streaming on the TV didn't work.

The room was small because of its good location, but the hotel had stairs that I had to carry my luggage up myself. The front desk seemed to discriminate based on social status; since I was Chinese, they gave me a room on a mezzanine level across the entire third floor, meaning I'd have to carry my luggage up stairs again. They gave me a room key (3323), and when the old elevator doors opened, I saw what I saw (as shown in the picture)—that room wasn't there! I was completely bewildered. I went back downstairs to ask the front desk, thinking they were playing a trick on me. Sigh, I guess it's because it was a Ctrip booking! In short, my first time in Denmark was disappointing!

GGuest UserThe building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming.
But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee, sugar, creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups.
Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually.
No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid.
Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for.
The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options.
The location is good. Not far away from the center.
And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking.
And there is a small gym inside.
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely love this hotel. The interior is incredible, the staff is super helpful, the location is ideal right next to the central station. Booked the cosy room and yes it was small (just like it says online) but it was so nice anyway. Super comfortable bed and just overall great.
IIABCA beautiful hotel with the perfect location!
2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card.
We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

GGuest UserLost my charger at the hostel . Asked from male desk staff who seemed less than interested in helping me out and did a 3 second search on his computer and told me to put a message on the app to see if someone found it . Was not impressed by his lack of help.
Must pay to use kitchen and gym .
The toilet and shower lights in the room were motion activated and would light up automatically . The doors were frosted so even when closed they lit up as someone walked by and would light up the entire room . So difficult to skew with the light continually going on and off throughout the night
AAnonymous UserPros: Has a kitchen, communal laundry room, and the room is new and clean.
Cons: Absolutely no service staff, unclear signage, took 15 minutes to find the room, a bit far from the subway station, more than a 10-minute walk. The shower is completely open, so the entire bathroom gets wet after showering.

AAbaibaibaibai。Everything was great, and if you go in the summer, you can even enjoy coffee outdoors with a sea view. We went in winter, so all we saw was snow. Plus, the wind at night was really strong and cold. Some people were even taking a dip in the sea and using a sauna by the beach!
