The proximity to CPH airport which is about under 10mins walk is really great if you have an early flight. The bed is great for a good night rest. Room size is just about right to open two big luggages.
Everything is self-service, hence the average score, however they also have service staff at the counter to help for those who need assistance.
Very basic amenities like shampoo and body/hand soap plus a hairdryer like most of the Scandinavia / European hotels. Would be nice if could provide a kettle to make some hot drinks. Clean towels which is good but would be better if could provide bath robe.
I’ve paid for the breakfast and it had good variation.

This hostel is absolutely amazing! I've rarely come across a hostel with such a unique atmosphere. I suspect that simply replicating this model in other cities might not yield the same results, which really speaks to Copenhagen's special charm.
Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.
I stayed in one of the suites and had a really excellent experience. The design is a standout - spacious, modern, and very thoughtfully laid out, making it ideal for both relaxing and longer stays.
The staff were fantastic throughout: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Service was consistently strong and added a lot to the overall experience.
There are just a couple of small touches that could improve things further - providing slippers and a kitchen towel would make the suite feel even more complete.
Overall, a beautifully designed hotel with great service — highly recommended.
Easy check in and check out. Booked because of the proximity to the airport. Only downside is there isn’t a shuttle service available for the airport and the train station is pretty far. Overall the short stay was good and easy to get to the airport by cab.
We had a good experience but nothing stood out as excellent service. They also overcharge for food and drink in the room which initially appears as complimentary and mixed in with free tea and coffee.
The only minor issue was that we did have to ask a couple of times for our bags to be stored on check out and the staff had to be chased up after waiting over 15 minutes despite not being busy.
It was a very business orientated service and seemed to be aimed at customers staying for their business functions.
It was a clean, small room with a large TV and a view of the inner courtyard. The front desk staff were friendly. The hotel's location was very quiet, right next to the famous Frederiksborg Castle, in the heart of the old town. The room itself was also quiet and pleasant. There were Danish, Swedish, and German channels available. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi and the advertised streaming on the TV didn't work.

The room was small because of its good location, but the hotel had stairs that I had to carry my luggage up myself. The front desk seemed to discriminate based on social status; since I was Chinese, they gave me a room on a mezzanine level across the entire third floor, meaning I'd have to carry my luggage up stairs again. They gave me a room key (3323), and when the old elevator doors opened, I saw what I saw (as shown in the picture)—that room wasn't there! I was completely bewildered. I went back downstairs to ask the front desk, thinking they were playing a trick on me. Sigh, I guess it's because it was a Ctrip booking! In short, my first time in Denmark was disappointing!

掂掂過碌蔗This is my second stay here. It is a very simple hotel and quite affordable for Copenhagen, but you shouldn’t expect a high level of comfort. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the station, but it is located right next to an IKEA and only a 5-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making the location fairly convenient. The only downside is that they do not offer free luggage storage, so you will need to find your own solution for your bags.
FFarah PI arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush.
I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well.
Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall.
IIABCA beautiful hotel with the perfect location!
2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card.
We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

CCharlyyyyyyyVery clean, tidy apartment with everything you could want during a quick stay. I really liked being able to access fresh towels/toilet paper etc without needing to bother someone else for them.
We would definitely stay here again.

AAbaibaibaibai。Everything was great, and if you go in the summer, you can even enjoy coffee outdoors with a sea view. We went in winter, so all we saw was snow. Plus, the wind at night was really strong and cold. Some people were even taking a dip in the sea and using a sauna by the beach!
TTej ErwinsThis is one of the hotels I’ve stayed for quite long as I really liked it. I had to switch between two different rooms as I couldn’t extend my stay in one room. That said, it already speaks volume about the quality and efficiency of stay in this hotel. Hotels staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are so spacious even for a single occupant. Plus what I liked the most is that there are kitchenettes in each room which has a sink, a fridge, an induction stove, and several kitchen utensils and stuff you can use. Yes, you can definitely prepare and cook your own meals without spending too much on dine outs. They also offer breakfast and dinner for a separate fee. Also, their laundry service is justifiable with DKK 40 for washing and drying for every load (not per unit). And the other highlights? ~ it’s pretty accessible to the Metro Station, nearby shops and grocery stores, and the ever stunning Amager Beach overlooking the amazing Øresund Bridge connecting Denmark and Sweden. I loved and enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Their price is valid and worth it. I highly recommend for you to try yourself. And I’ll definitely book it again soonest when I get back to Denmark, hopefully. ❣️😇🙏🏼
