My stay at the Guangzhou Meihao Lizhi Hotel (East Railway Station Branch) was excellent, with the hygiene standards truly reaching a five-star level. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout. The hotel's public areas were spotless and bright, with the corridors, elevators, and lobby all impeccably clean and the air fresh without any peculiar smells. The guest room was cleaned with extreme meticulousness; the floors were shiny, tabletops dust-free, and even corners and under the bed were thoroughly cleaned, leaving no blind spots. The bedding was pristine white, soft, free of stains and odors, and comfortable to the touch, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom featured a dry and wet separation, with the vanity, mirror, and toilet sparkling clean. The shower area was dry and free of water stains, and the towels were clean and fluffy. All toiletries were neatly arranged. The cleaning staff provided professional service, with daily cleaning being timely and thorough, strict attention to detail, and proper disinfection protocols, which made me feel incredibly secure. The hotel's convenient location and thoughtful service, combined with its perfect hygiene, make it my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I genuinely recommend it and give it a well-deserved five-star rating!

KKaltsit.My stay at Shenzhen MO was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tipo, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She gave us a detailed room tour and offered fantastic travel recommendations throughout our two-day stay – so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, creating a wonderful service atmosphere. The location is super convenient, close to UpperHills and a park, which was great for traveling with seniors. The executive room and lounge offered stunning views, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the turndown service had great attention to detail. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel was quite mediocre, and I stayed there for three days during the New Year's Day holiday. The hygiene was subpar; you could see old, yellowish stains in the corners of the shower. The hand towels were placed on the sink outside the bathroom, and the bath towels were even in the wardrobe near the window, far from the toilet, which was inconvenient. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, and the drainage was poor, so water would overflow into the bathroom during showers, leaving the entire toilet area wet. There was no full-length mirror. While the sink had a large mirror, it wasn't good for seeing your full body or even facial details, so those who need to do their makeup should really reconsider. The inner window offered no natural light, and the room lighting was very dim. There were too many switches, and because it was so dark, it took ages to figure out which switch was for what. The air conditioning was very ineffective. Guangzhou had a cold spell during my stay, and even with the AC on all night, it was still chilly. The laundry room was even worse; the dryer simply didn't dry clothes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive either, and the stir-fried noodles, rice, and vegetables, which should have been hot, were all cold. However, the cleaning staff were all very nice and proactively asked if I needed anything. The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable, and they responded quickly. The price was inflated during the New Year's Day period, but even the regular prices aren't low. Frankly, the facilities don't justify the price.

XXiajiaboboBefore checking in, there was absolutely no communication, and even after checking in, it felt like we had no connection to the hotel. There truly wasn't much in the way of service, which felt a bit impersonal. However, whenever we called the front desk with a request, the hotel's response was quite satisfactory. For instance, our room only had one tissue box, which clearly wasn't enough, but after one call, they promptly delivered two more. It felt like our needs were always met.
The hotel room absolutely *must* be a TV Tower view room; the advantage over suite-level rooms and below is significant—the view is simply incredible. The hotel's location is also excellent, with direct access to K11 from the first floor, making shopping very convenient.
I also have to mention that breakfast was outstanding. The presentation was exquisite, the taste delicious, and the service was quick and responsive. It definitely deserves high praise, though I recommend avoiding peak times if possible, as you'll surely have to queue.
Furthermore, on New Year's Eve, we were planning to go out for dinner, but our child got hungry. We only ordered a single portion of fries at the Western restaurant, but the server was very enthusiastic and even brought complimentary bread, which was absolutely delicious.
Aside from the slightly lacking service experience, everything else exceeded expectations. The breakfast could even rank among the top three of all the hotels I've stayed at. Keep up the great work!

All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered.

This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive:
- Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs.
- Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly.
Warm Service, Perfect Experience
Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations.
Summary
This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo Hotel, and I was very impressed. The environment is lovely, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Breakfast was decent, with all the essentials. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they greeted us as soon as we walked in and always said hello when we passed by. Everyone was really enthusiastic. It offers great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it.
