KKTOur family of 8, including four seniors, absolutely loved this hotel. It's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the Museum of the Nanyue King, with Dim Sum restaurants and a McDonald's right next door. The hotel is very new and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent facilities (gym, laundry room, and smart AI assistant 'Xiao Nuo' in the rooms). They also thoughtfully provide a delicious and extensive breakfast from 7 am to 12 pm, with an unbeatable view of Canton Tower from the 41st floor while you eat. There's also an exquisite afternoon tea (2 pm-5 pm) and late-night supper (8 pm-12 am), featuring comforting congee and soy milk, plus a 24-hour coffee machine. In the evenings, it even has a bar-like ambiance – we loved it! We also adored the fragrant toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which left our hair feeling so soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly thoughtful, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel so happy and cared for ☺️❤️. On Christmas Eve, the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a Christmas gift box for us ❤️🥳🎄. We really appreciate the hotel's 'light luxury' style, and how it perfectly caters to the needs of guests across all age groups – it's fantastic! ❤️ We've already recommended it to friends and relatives visiting Guangzhou next year 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

My entire experience was perfect, definitely five stars! ✨ The cleanliness was astounding; the room was spotless everywhere, the bedding was soft and had a faint fresh scent, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. You could tell they put thought into every detail, making my stay feel safe and incredibly comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and wonderfully scented – truly therapeutic! Facilities were complete and brand new. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-quality. Lighting and air conditioning were easy to use, and all the thoughtful details really stood out. It perfectly met all my travel needs. The environment was simply exceptional. The lobby was elegant and cozy, and the guest rooms were quiet and refined, with green plants adding to the ambiance. Its proximity to Guangzhou East Railway Station made getting around super convenient, and it offered a peaceful retreat right in the bustling city. The service was heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, responding instantly to any requests. Their constant smiling service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at home. The biggest surprise was the exquisite afternoon tea – both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. It made for a wonderfully happy relaxing moment! SSwedKiwi85Ibis offers a comfortable and very convenient stay within walking distance of 2 metro stations, Qifeng Park, and many restaurants. While the room could have been cleaned better, the comfort, facilities and service by the friendly receptionists more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry onsite and getting directions and advice from the staff.

Throughout our stay, the team was attentive and proactive in seeking our feedback, showing genuine care in improving the guest experience. During nighttime, a service robot was available to deliver requested items, which was both efficient and added a nice touch of modern technology. The hotel enjoys a very convenient location, with Guangzhou Metro Line 2 (Nanzhou Station) reachable within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. Daily conveniences are right at your doorstep — McDonald’s and a grocery store are located in the same row as the hotel, and the bus stop is directly in front of the entrance, making dining and transportation extremely convenient. The decoration is simple and elegant and warm, with white bedding, and the overall hygiene is clean and refreshing. The little brother at the front desk is warm and responsive. MM671568****The view was unbeatable, with our room facing due east, offering stunning night views of Pazhou CBD. The deluxe room type was spacious, and the bathroom was particularly expansive, making a bath while enjoying the night scenery incredibly enjoyable. The service was excellent; all our requests during our stay were met. A special thank you goes to our personal butler, Julie, for her meticulous service – she responded to all our communications instantly, which was highly appreciated. As for cleanliness, it largely met our expectations, though some minor details weren't perfect, like the overnight tea not being cleaned out of the teapot. During our stay, due to changing rooms, we used three coffee machines in total: the first one was broken, but staff quickly replaced it with a new one; the second was perfect; and the third's water output was half of the second's. There were also minor flaws with the room facilities, such as the carpet edges often tripping me up, and I almost fell several times. The bathroom also had many small steps, making it easy to miss a step or trip. Nevertheless, these minor imperfections didn't detract from an otherwise highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely return if I have the chance.

XXingzhetageTraveling to Guangzhou for a marathon with my husband and my elderly mother, this place was absolutely perfect. It felt a bit like a homestay, complete with a fridge and a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for us marathon runners since we had so many clothes to wash after the race. They have family rooms, and the price is actually more affordable than a standard room at most other places. It's also very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to the competition early in the morning. Popular attractions like Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Guangxiao Temple are within walking distance. If you don't want to venture far, there are plenty of dining options downstairs. Uncle Jiu's Roast Goose at the alley entrance offers various simple yet tasty meals, and just around the corner on Jiefang Middle Road, next to the Hui Min School, there's a breakfast spot with a wide selection. Here’s a tip for getting to the hotel from the subway station: Head towards Exit A of the subway station and enter the underground shopping street. Find 'Street 7', walk straight to the end, and take elevator #6 up to the 18th floor. Exit the elevator, cross the garden, and you'll find the hotel's front desk. If you still can't find it, just give the hotel a call. When I called for directions, the lady at the front desk said, 'You've worked hard,' which was so warm and welcoming. P.S. AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations and can best be described as a genuine “home away from home.” It is rare to find a hotel that performs so well across comfort, service, location, and thoughtful details, and this experience left a very lasting impression. First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether for business travel or a relaxing getaway, this is a hotel I would confidently recommend. It is absolutely a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

XXiaozhudaochupaoI stayed here for three nights, and as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I found the room to be really new and spotlessly clean. The entire place is smart-home enabled with Xiaodu, and the key card access to the upper floors felt very secure. The curly-haired guy, the girl with glasses, and the guy with the slicked-back hair at the front desk were all amazing! (I remember them because I asked for their help so many times). They were always smiling, incredibly patient, and even gave me a free upgrade! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. There are also lots of great food options nearby – I recommend the hot pot malatang place next door.
