My stay at the Welcom International Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Branch) was overall a good experience, perfect for a short rest when catching an early morning flight. The hotel is very close to the airport, only a 5-10 minute drive, and offers a 24-hour free shuttle service. I pre-booked a 6 AM shuttle to the airport, and the driver arrived punctually, ensuring a smooth journey and I didn't miss my 8 AM flight at all. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water supply were stable. Although I only stayed for a few hours, the quality of rest was guaranteed. In terms of service, the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the shuttle arrangements were efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. If you're just looking for a short layover or catching an early flight, this hotel is a solid choice.

I arrived at 3 AM, but the check-in process was incredibly fast, which I consider a major advantage for any hotel, as it minimizes the time guests need to spend on formalities. I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I have the opportunity to visit Guangzhou again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, helping me a lot, even quickly locating my packages for me. The hotel's location is excellent, and my family was very happy with our stay. There are plenty of food options downstairs, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again next time.

Good hospitality. Being offered a room upgrade, location is good as well. Walking distance to dongmen pedestrians street. House keeping staff was friendly, and front desk staff upon check in and also the staff upon check out ms. 小潘 was good too. Overall ok.

Great location, and the room was a decent size. The service was attentive. It's right next to Fuhuali, which has tons of food options. Overall, I had a very good stay. The local iron pot stew restaurant nearby was good, and the takeout I ordered was also quite tasty.

Clean and the service was excellent, no complaints there. However, the soundproofing isn't great; I could hear everything my neighbors were doing when they woke up and got ready. And don't even get me started on the airplanes flying overhead. The location is convenient though, just a short walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of food and drink options downstairs. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and both the hot water and internet were reliable. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick to respond. It offers good value for money, making it perfect for business trips or short stays. I'd definitely choose it again next time I'm in town.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the high-speed rail station. You just walk out, cross the street, and you're there in less than a minute. They even give you a small welcome gift before you check in, which included a makeup remover wipe that saved me in a pinch! Taxis are right across the street, making getting around super convenient. The border crossing is less than a 5-minute walk away, so even if you're out late in Macau, getting back feels very safe. The airport shuttle is also right at the high-speed rail station exit. In short, getting around couldn't be easier, and the staff are incredibly, incredibly nice. The room was spotless, and the bedding wasn't damp at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The cleanliness was thorough and impeccable; the bed was soft and neatly made, the bathroom had no standing water or odor, and the cups were arranged properly without dust or stains. The staff were polite and professional, proactively greeting me when encountered. My entire experience was superb, far exceeding expectations, and I highly recommend it. The hygiene is good, facilities are complete, and transportation is convenient. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage. As I wasn't very familiar with Shenzhen, the staff enthusiastically introduced nearby attractions. Loved it! This hotel is quite good, very close to the airport. There are many food options nearby, and everything else is great – the location is good, the front desk is good, and the service is also very good.
