This is a service apartment than a hotel. The apartment is a newly refurbished suite with large screen projector TV and comms unit in the lounge, kitchen, shower room and a washing machine in the balcony. Had a bit of difficulty finding the building as there is no signage outside and it’s not the photos shown on the website. The reception is located on the 6th floor, to get to the room, I had to walk to another block on the podium and take another lift to the relevant floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a great experience overall. The location is very convenient, the room was clean, and the space was more than adequate. The staff were attentive, and everything ran smoothly during my stay. One highlight of my stay was that my room faced the Beijing Pedestrian Road, and on December 31st, I got to enjoy the New Year countdown from the comfort of my room. It was such an awesome experience—celebrating in a lively atmosphere without even leaving the hotel! However, I do have one critique: the bed was extremely firm—too firm for comfort. As a side sleeper, I woke up with shoulder pain every morning, which made it difficult to get the restful sleep I was looking forward to. The mattress was so firm that it made getting out of bed each day a bit too easy! That said, everything else was wonderful, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially for its cleanliness, excellent location.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel is right at one of the subway entrances and near an area where there are lots of places to eat. The rooms are not very big but are enough if you do not have big luggage. The room was a smart room. Breakfast was also delivered to us by a robot.

Clean and quiet room, the room is huge, not sure if we were given the upgrade or the same room we booked. It will be nice if they can provide coffee sachets in the room since there are tea and refreshment provided. The tumble dryer in the laundry room should be serviced as my 3 pair of jeans were still damp after 2 hours in the machine

This is the first time, I am staying in this hotel, the room is quite clean, child friendly and what impress me further was their hospitality and warm services as I cant speak mandarin, but they are helping with heart. The hotel also has direct access to the aquarium and very convenient.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

We stayed at Meyo Hotel during Christmas and this hotel has a lot of potential. Hotel is brand new, literally next to metro, surrounded by shops and eating places. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even prepared a Christmas goodie bag. The only thing we didn’t really like was the first room given was facing the village in the back and it was rather noisy at night and the room had a weird small window placement. Unfortunately the guests next door were also noisy so we had to ask for a new room. Staff were quick to accommodate our request and assign a new room. This time our room faced the main street with big windows and nicer view. Lastly, the wifi at Meyo Hotel is probably the best we ever used in China. It was stable with speed over 200mbps and that’s rare for hotel wifi. We will definitely come back next time!

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

Great value for money and right in the city. Just few mins walk from grand theatre subway station (MTR). The hotel, room is clean and welcome staffs. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth as possible. During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk. Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue. There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service, convenience, and amenities outweighed any minor issues, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Near to luohu station. Very near to Renmi south station exit A line 9, about 100m walk. A lot of eateries, about 15 mins. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, great place to stay. Offer hand made coffee, just request from customer service counter.

This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details. Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the restaurant again.

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

Excellent rooms and exceptional services. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and very clean. I left some clothes behind and the staff were so kind they shipped it back to me. I would highly recommend Yimimi Apartments to everyone!

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

The hotel have very good location,  just in front of the metro Shipaqiao station line 3  very convenient to go to Airport. There are 5 shopping mall and underground shopping mall, many restaurant. I highly recommend to you to choose this hotel. Staffs very helpful. The room has a comfy bed and huge TV.

The hotel location is very convenient. I booked Guasha Room on 29th floor, overseas the river and canton tower. The room view was amazing. The hotel is very near to Haizhu Square and walking distance to Beijing Lu. The Hotel staffs are very friendly and best service. I would come back and stay again next time.

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

Our room was upgraded to a themed room and the kids loved it! It’s a family-friendly hotel and we booked specifically for that reason. They have a children’s swimming pool & children’s (indoor) playground. Plus points for the location because the hotel is just right across a mall.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

We are served by Ms Saifeng Si. She is very helpful and thoughtful through out the check in and check process. She ensure all details are settled and even kids are taken care of. She provide us an excellent and wonderful service. She is a great staff that L Hotel has . The hotel is very clean and convenient . The room are well kept and clean . The kids enjoyed the stay and have great fun in the hotel stay . Kids friendly hotel .

It was my birthday, I want spend time in nice and quite place, relax in deep bathtub and, eat street food. I had all of that. Hotel close to New Summer Palace, big mountain park and port. I enjoyed my small vacation.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.
