From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the high-speed rail station. You just walk out, cross the street, and you're there in less than a minute. They even give you a small welcome gift before you check in, which included a makeup remover wipe that saved me in a pinch! Taxis are right across the street, making getting around super convenient. The border crossing is less than a 5-minute walk away, so even if you're out late in Macau, getting back feels very safe. The airport shuttle is also right at the high-speed rail station exit. In short, getting around couldn't be easier, and the staff are incredibly, incredibly nice. The room was spotless, and the bedding wasn't damp at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I promised my child I'd bring her here for her birthday, and choosing the Spaceship Hotel was a fantastic surprise! Checking in on her birthday brought so many delightful moments. Not only did the hotel provide a delicious cake for my daughter, but the birthday decorations were also incredibly thoughtful. I initially planned to bring my second child, but since it was Spring Break, I decided to treat this trip as a reconnaissance mission and just have some casual fun. As a result, one of our two rooms went unused, as my daughter preferred to sleep in the big bed with me. The bedding was super comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. The Spaceship Amusement Park, which is perfect for little ones, is right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I bring my second child, as it makes visiting the park so convenient. Getting to the Ocean Kingdom is also a breeze; the shuttle takes only 5-6 minutes and runs frequently. There’s even a dedicated line for the Chimelong Show. I especially want to commend them for last night's Chimelong Show – it was incredibly crowded afterward, and I noticed the hotel thoughtfully switched to 35-person buses for pick-up, efficiently getting all guests back to the hotel to rest. Excellent attention to detail!. Coming to Chimelong for a birthday was absolutely the right decision. The hotel also has a separate lounge for guests staying in Star-level rooms and above. The coffee, snacks, and ice cream there are great, and they even have cartoons for kids, making it a very comfortable spot to rest after a long day of exploring. The infinity pool on the top floor is wonderful for swimming and offers panoramic views of the entire Ocean Kingdom. You can even watch the fireworks at night. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were too tired yesterday to go see them. So we just ordered barbecue to the room and relaxed while watching cartoons for dinner. I must praise the hotel's in-room dining service – you absolutely have to try it! It’s delicious and super convenient to have it delivered right to your room. The staff were also very enthusiastic, with customer service personnel available everywhere. I have two suggestions: 1. Could the rooms include a coffee machine? I noticed even the Star-level rooms only have instant coffee… As someone who can barely function without coffee, this was truly painful. The VIP lounge only offers Americanos with no creamer sachets. If there were a coffee machine that could make lattes, I'd give them 100 points! Haha, but it’s still very good now; I just drink two extra cups at breakfast. 2. There's no bathtub in the room. I guess this might be hard to change, but even our two-room suite didn't have one, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not a huge problem though, and customer service was still great. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The location is fantastic, right by Qijiang Bridge, making it super convenient to walk to all the main attractions downtown. There are plenty of great food options nearby too. The hotel opened in 2024, so the facilities are well-maintained and still feel quite new. Atour's quality definitely shines through; it was a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness was good, and the shower had great water pressure. A small, pleasant surprise was when I went to do laundry in the morning and forgot to pick it up – when I opened my door later to leave, I found it had already been brought up and hung on the door. Excellent service! Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips to Zhongshan.

Great location, and the room was a decent size. The service was attentive. It's right next to Fuhuali, which has tons of food options. Overall, I had a very good stay. The local iron pot stew restaurant nearby was good, and the takeout I ordered was also quite tasty.

The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good Overall I am pretty satisfied

My criteria for evaluating a hotel are based on room quality, and this hotel truly delivers. The room was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff were warm and friendly. I arrived at 3 AM, but the check-in process was incredibly fast, which I consider a major advantage for any hotel, as it minimizes the time guests need to spend on formalities. I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I have the opportunity to visit Guangzhou again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, helping me a lot, even quickly locating my packages for me. The hotel's location is excellent, and my family was very happy with our stay. There are plenty of food options downstairs, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again next time.

The room was more spacious and brighter than it appeared in the pictures, with excellent natural light. The bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the internet speed was fast, perfect for both work and streaming without any lag. The cleaning staff were prompt and attentive, paying close attention to details. Overall, it was clean and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay.

If you're looking for amazing views, you absolutely have to book this place – it's so high up! The scenery from the 41st floor is just breathtaking!!! The room size is also decent! It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.
