I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The service was exceptional throughout my entire stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any request. One feature I really appreciated was the unlimited water supply provided by the hotel, which was both convenient and thoughtful, especially after long days of exploring. The breakfast was another highlight, a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious, making it the perfect way to start each day. The location is excellent, with a train station just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. On top of that, the hotel offers the added convenience of accepting parcel deliveries on behalf of guests, which was very helpful during my stay. What truly stood out was their willingness to assist with food delivery. Even without having the ******* app, the staff kindly helped place orders on my behalf, ensuring I could still enjoy a wide range of local food options. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.

Choosing Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags for our class reunion in Zhaoqing was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, and you can step out and walk along the Star Lake greenway – the location is superb. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the courtyard with its small bridges and flowing water creates a wonderful ambiance. Our lovely concierge, Caroline, kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and tidy, and the private hot tub on the balcony offered direct views of Star Lake – soaking in it while enjoying the lake scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly ground rice noodle rolls and Cantonese dim sum aplenty. The outdoor hot springs, heated pool, sauna, and kids' club meant there was something for everyone, ensuring both adults and children had a great time. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, and the room service was meticulous and spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect one-stop vacation experience, suitable for families and leisure travelers alike. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing!

We stayed for 4N before moving to Foshan and returned for 1N before our departure. Got a free upgrade with full view of Dafoshi. As usual the whole Team of staff demonstrated an excellent job in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I did not manage to get their names so decided to spend time to write this review to share about my good experience. Also, the wanton noodle served during breakfast was really tasty that we had it every morning without fail. During check out, a young lady helped my aunt with her luggage all the way to our transport downstairs. Sincerely appreciated her kind gesture as I was busily managing my 2 pieces of luggage and had no more hands to help my aunt. Highly recommend this hotel for anybody who is visiting GZ.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

My first impression of Atour Hotel was its warmth and thoughtfulness. From the moment I walked in, the staff's smiling greetings and the timely hot tea immediately eased my travel fatigue. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were well-considered. What touched me the most was the complimentary warm porridge served late at night – simple yet incredibly thoughtful, making my business trip feel a little more like home. A good hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's a comforting haven, and Atour certainly delivers on that.

This is my second time visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, and since my main purpose this trip was to see the killer whales at the Spaceship Park, I booked a stay at the Spaceship Hotel. Overall, it's not the most impressive hotel in the Chimelong series, but it still maintains the standard quality you'd expect from Chimelong. Room Facilities: The front desk upgraded us to a Moon Exploration King Room. The room size was moderate, perhaps a bit smaller than the room we stayed in at Chimelong Qingyuan, but overall, it was comfortable. The facilities looked well-maintained and new, with vibrant colors that are kid-friendly. Value for Money: The package deal (scenic spot + hotel) was slightly more expensive than at Chimelong Qingyuan, but the price felt acceptable, especially considering the excellent tourist facilities and service quality at Chimelong. Breakfast: My expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps the breakfast variety at the Chimelong Qingyuan hotel was just too extensive, as the selection here at the Spaceship Hotel felt somewhat limited. However, the quality of the breakfast was still very good. Wi-Fi: Fast and stable signal. Bed: Neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. Restaurant: We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor, and it was a great experience, much better than at Chimelong Qingyuan, and the service quality was also superior. Cleanliness: Exceeded expectations; it was extremely clean and tidy. Parking: You can park directly in the underground parking lot. During the off-peak season, there were plenty of available spaces. Room View: From the room, you can directly see the roof of the Spaceship Park, offering an expansive view. Location and Transportation: This is something Chimelong excels at; each park is tightly integrated with its respective hotel. You can access the park directly from the hotel by just going downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Overall good, though the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming; they seemed a bit stone-faced. Swimming Pool: There's an infinity pool on the top floor which looked nice, though it's a bit small. Guests can use it for free. Gym: Well-equipped and very functional, but it seems to close at 9:30 PM.

I'm very impressed. The location is right next to the Metro, and there's a mall to walk around and buy things under the Metro, under the hotel. The staff are lovely, polite, and they communicate well in Chinese and English, and they even helped us call a taxi. I'm very impressed. Most importantly, it's close to a famous coffee shop with excellent taste.
