We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

This hotel is incredibly close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, which is just fantastic! Seriously, who gets it?! You can walk to Zhuhai Station in just ten minutes and cross the border at Gongbei Port in about fifteen. No need to wake up early and rush for your cross-border travels. The convenience of the location is absolutely top-notch! If you're coming to Zhuhai, this is definitely the place to stay!

The luggage storage service for hotel guests was very convenient and free of charge. The hotel's location is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air all around, which was incredibly convenient. The Food Collection restaurant had good food, was clean, and offered a huge variety that could satisfy everyone's taste. The room was large and spacious, with complete and unique toiletries. The lobby decor was bright and distinctive. It was a perfect stay; overall, the environment was good, the service was attentive, the room was spacious, and there were unique restaurants. A satisfying stay, I will definitely come again! The breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was abundant, and my child enjoyed it very much. I'll come back again! The hotel location is excellent, with many fun places nearby. The hotel rooms are quiet, and it's easy to access the amusement park. With the package, you can even enter one hour early, and at 8 PM, you can watch the fireworks from the 3rd-floor viewing platform, which offers a spectacular view. My child was happy, the hotel atmosphere is great, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. Next time I'm here, I'll stay at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel again! You can order takeout, and scanning the QR code on the room's booth allows you to have food delivered to your room, which is convenient and delicious. The hotel location is very good, suitable for family trips with children, and the service attitude is also excellent. The room view is also good; overall, the stay experience was great. The package offers good value for money. The shuttle bus departs on time! A good experience, the room facilities are ample, the WiFi in the room is smooth, the air conditioning temperature is comfortable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bedding and toiletries are relatively clean and good to use. The room facilities are ample. We had a great time; the hotel has rich entertainment facilities for children. We will definitely come again!

The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient to walk to Zhongshan West Road Pedestrian Street. The parking lot is also spacious with plenty of spots available. Breakfast and room facilities maintain Atour's consistent high standards, and the service attitude is excellent. Overall, it's a good choice when visiting Zhongshan.

The room was fantastic and I had a very comfortable stay. I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Evelyn and Olivia, whose service was absolutely outstanding – the best I've ever encountered. Their overall service was highly professional. I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located diagonally opposite Lecong Shunde Furniture City, making it incredibly convenient for out-of-town guests coming to buy furniture. The rooms are quite spacious, and the cleanliness is good. The service attitude is excellent. This time, I booked a room in advance on Gaode Maps, then completely forgot and booked again on Ctrip. After check-in, the front desk manager proactively called to ask if I had made a duplicate booking. Gaode Maps bookings usually can't be canceled for free, but they helped me process it in their system and contacted Gaode Maps to cancel the order. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with a very attentive staff, late check out after 4 pm and super fast and reliable shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Just make sure to arrange the shuttle beforehand to avoid any confusion. 10/10. Recommend!

The room was excellent, and its proximity to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street made getting around incredibly convenient. The subway was also nearby, and both shopping and tourist attractions were within easy reach. There's a laundry room and gym on the 30th floor, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here; the staff and front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

It comes with a built-in library of licensed movies, so you can watch tons of blockbuster films for free. Wireless screen mirroring from your phone connects instantly with no lag, and the surround sound rivals that of a cinema. The room hygiene is meticulous; the projector equipment is clean and dust-free, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. After a day of travel, coming back to the room and snuggling in bed to watch a movie instantly melts away all the fatigue. It's perfect for both couples on a date or solo travelers, offering far better value for money than other hotels at the same price point. I truly recommend everyone to try the projector room type!

Really enjoy our stay in the hotel, the room size is not too big, but just nice to open up 2 suitcase and still got spacious walking space. Toilet and bathroom abit small. The free laundry service is really good, and its smart service that you can check availability from hotel room's tv. The AI helper is quite useful too, just need to give short simple accurate pronunciation instructions. The hotel staff are helpful especially the girl call jingwen, always being friendly and calm to solving issues, can speak fluent English. The only downside for me is, there is no bidet for the toilet maybe because of different culture. Overall is a good stay, I'm definitely will recommend friends and family to stay there. The famous dimsum restaurant just beside the hotel. Worth trying it!!! Nanyue museum is just beside the hotel too, walking distance to Beijing road in like 5mins plus. Superb convinient location
