🏨 Struck gold with this hotel! The service here is absolutely amazing ✨ The concierge was super nice and always went above and beyond to help. The room had every amenity you could ask for, making for a super comfortable stay 😌 The biggest surprise was opening the window and seeing the city landmark 🗼 – it was stunning when lit up at night! The bellboy even proactively helped with my luggage, so warm and thoughtful ❤️ I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's a 5-15 minute walk to Zhongjian Optics Valley Heart Commercial Street and Innovation World. A short taxi ride (minimum fare) will get you to Joy City. You can also walk to the Science and Technology Museum and the Architecture Museum. Next to Joy City, you can experience the popular '网红空轨' (internet-famous elevated monorail), and I heard an art gallery will open there later. The hotel offers free parking. The room is spacious, and even after 6 years, it's still well-maintained. It comes with a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a large floor-to-ceiling window almost spanning an entire wall, an imported bathtub, a separate wet and dry bathroom, and very comfortable bedding. The staff provided warm service, especially Kiki from the service center. When I mentioned I forgot my charger, she responded very quickly, helped me find one, and even thoughtfully arranged for it to be mailed to me. I will definitely return if I have the chance.

Didi Taxi 40% off voucher: It only cost 10+ yuan to take a taxi to Hankou, which was a great deal! Service: When getting in and out of the car, they proactively helped open the door and carry luggage. Although this is standard for a five-star hotel, it still felt wonderful to experience such attentive service right from arrival. Even when ordering room service around 10 PM, it was delivered quickly. It would be perfect if the beef could be a bit more tender. Environment: The public areas, especially the elevators, had a subtle, pleasant, and non-irritating scent. The SPA and pool environment was also very good. Overall, a very good value for money choice.
