Marriott Properties in Wuhan

The room was very spacious and clean. We were traveling with children, and the large room meant that even with three beds, it didn't feel cramped. We slept really well! The air conditioning was comfortable and quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a very pleasant experience. A special thank you to Gloria! She reached out before our check-in to ask if we had any special requests. When I mentioned it was my mom's birthday on the day of our arrival, she enthusiastically arranged a room setup for us, including a handwritten card and a complimentary fruit platter. It was incredibly thoughtful!

The hotel boasts fantastic views and incredibly attentive, thoughtful service, making it perfect for families with children. The breakfast buffet is so extensive that there's really no need to go out for local specialties – they've got everything covered. We stayed on the executive floor, and the views from there were stunning. The food and drinks, however, were just average. If you enjoy a couple of drinks, the cocktails at the lobby bar are quite good, and they even have live music.

We found it super convenient coming from Hankou Railway Station; the hotel is right by the metro entrance. The staff were warm and polite, and the room hygiene was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights, and the cleaning staff were incredibly thoughtful. They even tidied up our randomly placed small items perfectly! Even our reusable bags were folded neatly into squares – it left a strong impression!
