Manxin is a warm and loving family. The overall warm lighting creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. I arrived at the hotel around noon, right at lunchtime, and there were many people checking in, but the staff, Xiao Song and Xiao Qin, were very patient and attentive. While waiting for room check, they warmly inquired about my itinerary and offered recommendations, ensuring I didn't have to wait anxiously. The room was also quite cozy; the convenience of not needing a card for electricity was a big plus, and the room was fully automated. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive. The two young staff members at the gym were very dedicated and attentive, and the two cats were very well-behaved and interactive. On the way back to my room, the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly, asking if I needed anything or anything, which made me feel welcome. Later that evening, I met Sister Rong and Sister Xiao Yu, who were also very kind. I checked out early in the morning, and Xiao Hui thoughtfully handed me a small gift bag and bottled water, reminding me to be careful on the road – it warmed my heart. There were many other staff members whose names I don't remember, all very kind and quietly contributing to this warm and welcoming family. There are many wonderful experiences to discover at Manxin! A warm and welcoming family requires the efforts of everyone; every staff member works hard and deserves respect. We hope Manxin continues to thrive, and see you next time!

Five stars all around! First, the service was excellent. I called before booking to inquire about room types, and the front desk staff patiently explained the differences, which left a great impression. I ended up canceling my previous hotel reservation. They even called the day before check-in to confirm, which was a thoughtful touch. I was truly satisfied after checking in. The location is fantastic, with bus and subway stops right downstairs, plus a convenience store. There were plenty of charging outlets by the bed, and the window offered a river view – I even caught an unexpected sunrise the next morning. Being able to do laundry and hang it to dry in the room was incredibly convenient. If I had to nitpick, the toilet paper was a bit thin.

The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast! They decisively extended our stay the next day, and we were directly upgraded to a room type and provided with free breakfast! Happy to stay here for a few more days! Give me a big praise👍👍

The century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good. Ms. Yueyue is very considerate. She sent a piece of fruit to the room and gave us two breakfasts to taste. The hotel is very hygienic and the environment is also very good. The main reason is that the transportation is convenient and there is a dedicated parking lot. Parking yard, free entry and exit, very satisfied! The facilities and equipment are pretty good, very close to Wansongyuan, and there are many delicious and authentic Wuhan snacks. For example, the beef noodles served by Yuan Hong and his friends in the variety show friends’ treat are also here! Praise Yueyue for her considerate service.

My recent business trip to Wuhan led me to stay at the Manxin Hotel on Xinhua Road, and it exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of the CBD, with easy access to two subway lines and the Wansongyuan food street. It was super convenient for getting around and enjoying local eats. The service was thoughtful and meticulous; the front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Plus, the robot delivery service added a cool, high-tech touch. Overall, the place was spotless and odorless, the facilities were new, and it offered great value for money. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!
