The room was neat and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and professional. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit. The hygiene and environment are exceptionally clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. When an issue came up, the staff resolved it promptly and efficiently. Their service was excellent, making our trip completely hassle-free.

The cleanliness was terrible. There was an excessive amount of residual glue left on the toilet, a bunch of hair in the shower, and limescale all over the showerhead... This was completely unacceptable. On top of that, getting a taxi was quite troublesome. We had to walk a distance with our luggage as cars cannot pull up directly to the entrance. The overall facilities are decent, and the view is nice, but the cleanliness is honestly abysmal... I found no less than 4 spots of glue on a single toilet.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors were light and palatable. Housekeeping was punctual with cleaning, and the amenities were comprehensive. Overall, the value for money was satisfying.

Overall pretty good, you have to experience it for yourself. Checked in on October 1st; apart from being a bit pricey, can't complain about anything else. You can see the fireworks show right from the room, and also from the rooftop terrace. The hotel even prepared coffee and milk tea, and the breakfast was quite rich!

The room was clean, transportation was convenient, and the amenities were complete. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.

The hotel is right next to Jiqing Street and not far from Jianghan Road. They offer free coffee and popcorn, making it great value for money.

The hotel location is very easy to find, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff who checked us in was very patient. My child really loved this hotel.

My stay here was absolutely perfect 💯! The location is truly unbeatable. Step out of the hotel and you're right on Jianghan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Jianghan Customs House and Jiangtan are also just a short walk away. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room views are fantastic. The 28th-floor rooftop views are simply incredible. The front desk staff were all exceptionally warm, professional, enthusiastic, and polite. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, they proactively helped with my luggage. When I needed to print something for work midway through my stay, they quickly helped me with it and even delivered it to my room. They were always quick to help resolve any issues I had, paying great attention to every detail. The hotel is new and has no strange smells. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very reassuring stay. I highly recommend this Ji Hotel for anyone visiting Wuhan! It's fantastic, really fantastic 👍👍
