Ms. 009 provided excellent service with a fantastic attitude. The self-service breakfast was pretty good, and they even have a gym and laundry room. The hotel really goes the extra mile with their thoughtful amenities and human touch. The room was super clean, and for the price, it's definitely worth it! The room felt very cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely be back next time!

The room was very nice! Convenient transportation and lots of delicious food nearby. I always stay here when I go to Wuhan. The brand is still the brand, and it lives up to its reputation!

The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water at a stable temperature, and the smart curtains and air conditioning were easy to use. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was super fast, and they even proactively recommended local restaurants. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Although the washing machine is not used, it is very convenient to get out of the elevator. Although my room is not high, the sun is very good. It is too friendly in winter. This was a mere two blocks from a subway station and in the opposite direction there's a big shopping mall featuring Decathlon sports store and lots of eating options. Noodle shops and breakfast restaurants are across the street. It's also only 5-6 stops from Hankou train station.

The pillows still need to be improved, and the room still has a bit of smell, but it is still relatively spacious. The service is pretty good. After all, it is a chain hotel. It is also close to Happy Valley and the location is easy to find. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

Exit D of Fenghuang Road Station and you'll see the ”Thumb Plaza” sign; the hotel is in that building, with the reception on the first floor—very easy to find. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor, with a good variety of options. There's also a convenience store across the street, making it convenient to buy daily necessities. There's also a hospital diagonally opposite, providing excellent medical and health facilities. Highly recommended!

The location is extremely convenient; the subway station is right across from the hotel, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Wuchang Railway Station. The room was large and bright, very clean, and had complete bathroom facilities. The receptionist even upgraded my room for free! A fantastic stay!
