Everything nice, location little far from station, free pick up was ok but did not have drop to station after 9.00 am While checkout is till 10.00 am.

The hotel is located near Tateyama. Although there are no convenience stores and restaurants nearby, we can quickly reach Tateyama Station and visit Tateyama Kurobe. The CP value is also good. We are a family of five. The hotel room is not too cramped. The large and long hot spring is the most satisfactory. There are not many people using it and the space is spacious. In addition, we booked a hotel with two meals, and the overall CP value was good. The meals in the hotel were also satisfactory. Overall recommended! 

The place to stay after heading to the Tateyama Yakuza. The hot springs are large and clean. The food is very good. The breakfast is very generous. The dinner is exquisite and tastes good.

Facilities are old but acceptable. The toilet in the room was very smelly and absolutely unacceptable. The smell is urine, probably because the bathtub is not airtight, and the smell of urine is coming out all the time. Whether you are taking a shower or going to the bathroom, you are forced to smell the smell of urine. The shower head is a real shower head, and the water is sprayed out in a flower shape, which cannot clean the body at all. The shower liquid is smelly, with a strange smell that has deteriorated after being stored for a long time. When I checked out in the morning, I told the staff that the smell in the toilet was very unpleasant, and the staff responded with "Oh, I got it." Did you know that the room was very smelly early in the morning? The room includes a stay and food, but nothing is missing.

The attention to children in the restaurant was very good. The quality of the hot spring was also good. However, the food is less than the whole family thinks. The smell of the toilet in the room is so bad that it smells even in the room. Every detail of the facility is dirty. The towels in the room had hair and dust from the beginning. There are good things about it, but I won't be coming here again.

It's the second time. I stayed with my two elementary school daughters. Last time it was only breakfast, but this time I chose a two-board plan (children's plan) because I could use the accommodation coupon, and it was the correct answer. There are various Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and it is a pity that I could not taste everything in one night. The rice was delicious, so I was satisfied with the focus on Japanese food this time. The rooms are also cleaned well. Since it was a train, it was very helpful to respond flexibly to pick-up and drop-off. I could feel the spirit of hospitality from all the employees, and the food was good, so I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
