I came to Shimen Reservoir today and stayed at Howard Hotel Shimen. The hotel is located at the entrance of Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area, but it cannot be said to be a new hotel because the hotel owner bought or rented the original community building and renovated it. And it has been renovated, so if you come to live here, you will feel it is very magical. It is really different from the hotels we usually stay in. It will have an apar**ent-style feel, and it is a community with several buildings connected together. The roads inside are complicated. If you don’t have a good sense of direction, I think it’s normal to get lost inside. Hahahahahahahaha This time we stayed in a lake view room facing the Shimen Reservoir. It cost more than 7,000 per night, which is considered a higher-end room type. The room has an attached balcony, and the balcony can directly overlook the Shimen Reservoir. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the reservoir from the room. The biggest selling point of this room type is that it has a swimming pool, which is semi-open-air and can directly see the Shimen Reservoir. I was originally attracted to live here by the photos of the swimming pool, but I can only say that the photos are really good. It's good, because the actual scenery is not as stunning as the one captured on the official website, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a very large children's playroom with a lot of children's play facilities, electric toys, small cars, etc. , it happened to be summer vacation when we came, so there were really a lot of children. If parents bring their children here, they basically don’t need to arrange other itineraries. They can play here all day. hehe Finally, the only drawback is that because it is an old community building that has been renovated, the hotel's appearance is really ugly, but the rooms inside have been renovated. The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not have a parking lot. Phew, so it’s really inconvenient when it rains. Apart from these two shortcomings, everything else is acceptable, haha
