Great price for the location near to Shin Osaka train station. As usual, Japan-sized small room. Nothing to complain. Just nice for a 1pax stay

Good amenities and fair price, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. I stayed here for a week with my partner. The room was small for two people but manageable, and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The main issue was housekeeping — they only came once, leaving us with piles of garbage and lots of dust, which was tough since I have allergies. The AC made a loud noise every 10 minutes when on, though the microwave was handy for quick meals. A big plus was the luggage storage — very useful since we arrived before the 3 PM check-in and left after the 11 AM check-out. For the price, it was acceptable, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.

Great location for Shinkansen access - need to catch train or bus into the city centre. Clean and welcoming with lots of staff at the counter and excellent for non Japanese speakers. Rooms had good amenity and were dark at night time. Coin operated washer and dryer machines (on the smoking floor). Nice breakfast with lovely staff. Lots to do in the city, great and lively culture.

The room is quite small, making it a struggle to open a suitcase, and the bathroom is tiny as well; you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. The service is decent; they proactively clean the room, empty the trash, and replace towels daily. There's a self-service coin laundry on the 2nd floor, which is very convenient for washing clothes. It's close to Shin-Osaka Station, but the walk from the hotel entrance to the JR lines is quite a distance (my legs were practically dead after walking to places like Kyoto and Nara every day...). I originally chose to stay near Shin-Osaka for easy access to other places, but now I feel like staying in Namba would have been better.

Hotel located 5mins walk from shin osaka station. Convenient with lots of food and shopping nearby.

It’s my second time staying in here, but i have to come back to receptionist 3rd times because i can’t open my room with my keys, and she didn’t changed my room unless i asked to change it.

Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities.

Can put luggage in advance if come earlier. Do inform the hotel as well. Near train station nishinakajima - minamigata ( kitaosakakyuko line ) . There at least 3 family mart nearby and one lawson. Can walk to shin osaka jr line as well. Hotel was decent. Space is small normal japan hotel size.

Good cost performance. Close to Metro but not that close to JR. Easy access to several convenience stores

The cleanliness was okay, though the building feels a bit old. The front desk staff were very nice and tried their best to help solve problems, which I appreciated. However, the rooms are quite small and the bed is more like an oversized single, which can be a bit uncomfortable for two people to share. Overall, it’s just a very basic room—fine if you only need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond the essentials.

Hotel My Stays in Shin Osaka is recommendablefor its strategic locations, cleanliness, and attentive services, making iur stay comfortable while exploring Osaka. Check in and out was smooth and easy.
