I used it for two nights and three days until 9/7~9/9. About 1 minute walk from the north exit of JR Sapporo Station. Even if it rains, it is a location where you can check in almost without getting wet. Perhaps because of that, there are many customers even on weekdays. People who wanted to check in were lined up from around noon. Also, the large communal bath on the first basement floor can be used from 15:00, but when I went there around 15:30, it was almost full. (There are only 6 washrooms) The breakfast the next morning was even harder. The breakfast venue is on the 1st floor and the 1st basement floor, but when I went to the 1st floor around 6:25 am, about 10 people were lined up. (Breakfast is 6:30 am ~) Also, the breakfast venue on the 1 floor has a very small space for each person to eat, so I couldn't eat plates from the tray on the table. Many people were lined up, so I ate it in a hurry, so I can't remember what kind of side dish I ate and how it tasted. This congestion continued around 6:50 when I finished eating. I think it's very convenient at the station Chika, but I wanted to relax a little more. Thank you very much, everyone at the hotel staff.

This hotel looks newly renovated. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. It's situated just outside the north gate of Sapporo Station. The location is excellent to and from Sapporo Station, as well as within walking distance to nearby attractions like the Sapporo Clock Tower, TV Tower and Odori Park. There are also many eateries and shops around. There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the building. The front desk staff, Mr Fang, who served us, can speak fluent Mandarin and English besides Japanese. Making communication easy for us. He's very helpful and friendly, helping us to fill up the forms for luggage delivery.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel that only takes 2mins walk to Sapporo Central Station, which is also a Mega Mall. Plenty to shop and eat! Just alight at Sapporo Station via the green or blue lines using exit 17 (which takes another 5-10mins walk upon exiting the line). Then, turn left and cross a traffic light upon exiting 17 with the hotel on your left! Very efficient check in/out with helpful staff that speaks English; clean room which the size is just fine for 2 adult with 2 big luggage; nice bathroom with a sitting bathtub; love the amenities that are also made available at the lobby; and the free coffee, too. Also, the self-laundry room at the lobby is a saver! Shall return to the hotel again in our next trip to Sapporo and highly recommend this good and affordable boutique hotel!

The room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

5 mins walk from JR station, it's very convenient for travellers who want to take JR during the trip. Rooms sparkling clean, consider spacious for 2 adults 1 kid. Nearby with many convenient stores & delicious soup curry with walking distance. We mainly take taxi to Susukino area due to winter weather.

Our second time staying at Century Royal. Terrific location right next to Sapporo station, great breakfast with Japanese set and western buffet to choose. We took buffet style, plenty of selections and comfy environment. Facilities could be a little dated after 50 years, room is spacious, service is excellent.

Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!

I love love love this hotel! The location is amazing, and the directions to the hotel is really easy to follow from the Sapporo Station. There are quite a few convenience stores nearby like Lawson, 7-11 and Seicomart, so it’s really convenient when you want to get something at night. Though I did not use their amenities, it seemed to be super clean and new too. They have a smoking room on the first floor but I rarely smell any smoke when I am waiting for the lift except for one day when there were exceptionally lots of smokers, so the lifts were filled with the smell. The room size is sufficient for me, since I’m travelling solo. I had enough space to open my luggage and enough hangers to hang my clothes. However, if you’re travelling as a couple or more, it probably wouldn’t be enough. The room is really clean and you can opt for room cleaning every day, and they would replenish all of the toiletries, water and green tea/coffee sachets. You can decide whether to change your bedsheet all of that, by placing a card on the bed to request for new bedsheets. The Tanukikoji Shopping Street is around 15-20mins walk from the hotel, may not be close for others but you can take the train from Sapporo :) for me, because I love walking, it was a pretty okay distance for me to walk. There are also some tourists attractions that are within walking distance such as the JR Tower, Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Hokkaido University, etc. The only con I could find is that the staffs don’t really speak in English. So I had to use the translation app to ask them questions. Overall, I would want to stay there again when I’m travelling to Sapporo. It’s close to the central station so it’ll be easier for me to do day trips out of Sapporo.

We came back gain to this hotel, and stayed for four nights in December, the main reason is the location and reasonable room rate. As it is so near to Sapporo Train Station and through the station, it is linked to all the major shopping and eating places in sapporo with underground tunnels, which is a blessing during the cold winter of Sapporo. I must say that my breakfast selection during the four days stay wasn't repeat and the varieties and taste was one of the best of so many Toyoko Inn hotels that I have stayed so far. It is still our number one choice in Sapporo.

Of this 5-day trip, it was only 1 night and 2 days, but I was able to experience it with color 々. 1. First of all, regarding the time of booking, this time, Haneda-New Chitose - Sapporo-Use public transportation. When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel 3. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. 2. Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” 3. The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. 4. I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. 5. Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of 2 seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? 6. The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. 7. The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. 8. When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々. No matter how much service bus I felt, I didn't care about the front desk, but I was grateful and impressed by the wonderful response of this woman who flew to the front door! !! !! 9. Therefore, I arrived at Sapporo Station in about 45 minutes, and I was able to save an hour from the route bus and subway, and I was able to go to the next accommodation, Otaru.

We went during the ski season. Because they were gold members of Starwood, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. We didn't start registering when we arrived, but the staff there arranged the room for us for free as soon as they heard that they were gold members. We are on the 27th floor and can enjoy Hokkaido in the snow. The hotel is the tallest building in that area, so the view is very beautiful. The rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. However, the design in the room looks outdated and needs to be renovated. Although this didn't destroy anything, we felt that everything looked old. The heater in our room was very warm and when we reflected to the front desk, a fan was immediately sent in. Very timely and thoughtful! I don't know if everyone can have breakfast in the lobby (continental breakfast) or more than 30 levels (not sure the exact series, but really high) to choose to eat Japanese or Chinese breakfast. My wife and I chose Japanese style, and what surprised us was the high quality ingredients here. We ate snow crab sauce soup and local fresh fish, and many other side dishes! If the hotel offers a choice, our suggestion is to go to the restaurant on the 30th floor, the scenery is super beautiful, and it gives people an exclusive sense of dignity. I didn't give it a full score because the hotel is not connected to the train station. Coupled with the dizzy, there is no sense of direction, moving the luggage from the train station to the hotel will be a bit difficult, especially in winter. Finally, although the hotel is not in the city, it is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. I think if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it may attract more tourists.

The hotel is really a hot spring hotel with Japanese characteristics! Environmental services really can not say! Kaiseki dinner and breakfast must be an unforgettable choice! The location of the hotel is very close to the B&B that we arrived when we arrived, just in the vicinity of the Beaver Road Commercial Street~ I didn't find the hotel at first, only found a small restaurant, and later I looked at the name of the restaurant. It turned out to be here~ It turned out that they were the first floor to make a restaurant, and then the second floor made a youth trip~ Although the bed is small, it is still possible~ After all, it is a youth trip~ Don't care~ Living in the Youth Hostel is an experience! If you want to meet the hotel specifications, you will be disappointed~ There is public space on the first floor, but we went late, walked earlier, and didn't see other people... It is worth mentioning that since I am booking a mixed shop for men and women, I am a small Korean squad in the downstairs~

It was my second stay, but the room is different, but there is a massage chair, and the room is 12 minutes wide for single stay. The cleanliness of the room is normal. Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality. Breakfast can be selected from Japanese and Western food. It is simple, but it was very grateful that it was free. There is a Family Mart near the hotel and it is very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying around Sapporo Station.

As mentioned by many, the location is ideal, smack in the city center. Near Odori park, lots of restaurants around, shops and things to see. To make justice to the hotel, despite not having its own car park, now it's possible to add into the bill the parking service in a multi storey car park just opposite the street (some reviewer mentioned in 2017 that the hotel had no car park, but facts change along the time, so the truth is that now there is a parking facility, as close as possible, just need to cross the road). Now, being a good place and having a decent room (not spacey but it seldom happens in Japan), would make it an ideal place to choose, being even fairly priced, wouldn't it? Well, there's a but (as in the title of the review): one of the worst logistically organised bathrooms that I've ever found - and I've seen many in 27 years of travelling around Asia. There a not-so-tiny step to take from the aisle and the bathroom. As you try to enter, the WC occupies almost all the space till the wall. So either you try to jump over it (starting from a lower level, remember the step?) or I set one foot in the minimal space available and then you turn like a classical dancer to try to bring the rest of your body (other leg) inside and step in front of a weeny sink. Same ordeal to get out of the bathroom. Imagine doing this when you're still moist, after a shower. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room I was assigned to. But there should not be any architech who studies - and then decides that it's good enough to use it without being a breakdancer - such an unpractical configuration of bathroom. The other - minor - thing, is this (but it does not really bothers me much): having placed the ”make my room” magnetic sign to the door in the morning, i came back at night to find an odd black bag hanged to the outer handle. those were two clean towels. Nothing had been touched inside the room, bed undone as I left it, dirty, damp towels still in the tub. Well, an odd interpretation of what make my room means... Other than those two things, a good place to be. I was there for 3 nights and I paid the same amount (for the whole stay) of one night in Tokyo (ok, it's Roppongi and I know it's as dear as hell!). But if you get there, make sure to see the bathroom configuration, before checking into a room!

Very satisfied with the hotel, the booking price was less than 400rmb per night. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the two adults and one child couldn't sleep at all (picture 1), so we went downstairs to communicate with the hotel staff and they successfully changed to a larger room. I also paid a reasonable price difference~ The hotel is new and very clean...the staff is very friendly. It is convenient to access from New Chitose Airport, 3 minutes walk from Susukino bus stop, and 3 minutes from the nearest subway Toyosui Susukino station. Previously, super hotels had an inorganic and cheap image, but recently, the service has improved with the catch phrase ”LOHAS Hotel”, and the cost performance is good and the satisfaction is high no matter which store is used. This time, because it is the GoTo campaign period, despite the extremely low price that it comes with a regional coupon for less than 3,000 yen per night, not to mention breakfast, There are several 10 kinds of welcome drink services including alcohol, and it is a self-service style, so it is 々 and glass (infectious disease control is perfect, and it is actually a disposable disposable cup). OK. The room has a charging plug that supports all mobile phones and a mini sofa that is not seen in a business hotel so much, so you can spend a really comfortable time. In addition, breakfast is served with a lot of healthy salad and vegetable banzai as well as carbohydrates and sausages *. I didn't have time this time and I couldn't enter the natural hot spring, but I would like to stay if I have another chance.

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. Overall, there are many convenience stores near the hotel. You can walk to the subway station within3-5 minutes. It is next to the subway station exit (there is no elevator at that exit). The convenience is no problem. It is just a little far from the past, the raccoon road, the Chase or the station, is a little far from the hotel. The interior is very new. The atmosphere of the room decoration is enough. The only thing that can be picky is that it is not generous. It is barely enough, the bed is a bit short (but it is good to sleep. Two pillows), and the room does not have a bathtub (because there is a large bath). There are not many choices for breakfast, but the deliciousness is not difficult to eat.

It belongs to a kind of guesthouse. It is fully self-service from check-in to check-out. There are two buildings back to back, so pay attention to whether you are booking _1 or _2. There are two tablets at the door. It is much easier to log in to the information in the connection sent to you by the hotel in advance. If not, it does not matter, it just takes time. * The room number and password are only displayed once, it is best to make a record * Put the garbage into the foyer (referring to the house) before 9:30 every morning. Some people will take it away, but only in the foyer. They won't come in if you haven't gone out yet. * During the stay, the room is cleaned by yourself. The vacuum cleaner and mop are complete. * Induction cooker and small plates and cups * With washing machine * Toiletries are available, but if the number of days you live in is not enough, you can go to a convenience store to buy a set of dental appliances. If you do n’t bring your own towels, you can continue to use them after washing, and you will be charged for replacement. ~ very close to Sapporo Station, 5 minutes walk ~ picante soup curry recommended by the hotel is really great ~ There is ESTA to the right of Sapporo Station (South), and there are many ramen restaurants in the Ramen Republic on the 10th floor.

Had a two night stay in this hotel in December 2022. The hotel was easy to find just next to the main Sapporo station, not too far from the Diamaru department store. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Check in was done efficiently. The room wasn’t very big, but a bit bigger than other Japanese inner city hotels I have visited. It was a cold cold day in Sapporo, and the hotel room was v warm- which was great! There was a free breakfast included, which mostly consisted of bread, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, various juices, and tea/ coffee. It was more than adequate and the environment was nice and clean. This time I stayed in room 201 and the overall experience was very good. The quality of the private soup is very high and the room equipment is very complete. The view outside the window during the day is very good, and it almost means at night (because there is no light at night in Dingshanxi). The surrounding area of the hotel is relatively desolate. If you want to go to other hotels or convenience stores in the First Baoting Group, it is a bit far away. You can ask the front desk to make an appointment to send you welcome バス. Breakfast and dinner are セルフサービス, you have to do it yourself, but breakfast is foreign food, dinner is Japanese food. We didn't make an appointment for dinner at 16:00. The front desk said that there had been changes recently and it was a pity that we had to make an appointment before 12 o'clock. However, there is a small room in the hotel that provides お dumplings and drinks 24 hours a day, all without materials. Overall, the hotel is not a traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel, very innovative, well-equipped, comfortable hot springs, front desk service is also very Japanese, there are also shuttle buses. The disadvantage is that the location is relatively biased, and it may not be a particularly good choice for guests who pursue traditional Japanese-style services.

This’s my first capsule hotel so everything was new to me. You literally get a bed with small locker at the top and big locker under bed. When u check in, u get a pair of slippers and a towel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the common area has six sinks and it was not crowded at all. There are washers n dryers which were super convenient. There’s a hugh common area but I never saw anyone sitting there. People were quiet and respected the space. However there was one American lady who was on the phone n everyone could hear every word she said. Finally, after an hr, I asked her to be quiet n she immediately cut the talk. I enjoyed my stay. For US$49 for three nights at the heart of Sapporo, there’s no better deal.

Our Tour Leader has touted that this is the best Hotel throughout our 7-nights stay tour here in Hokkaido! We reached at 6pm and was just in time for dinner. Surprisingly modern and beautiful inside setting compared to the Hotel building front. Quite an impressive dining area that is spacious and offers a generous spread of both Japanese & International cuisine. Everything vying for limited space in out stomach! The 3-star Jozankei Hotel Sapporo provides quick access to Jozankei Hot Spring. This hotel is located in a touristic area of Sapporo. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and while amenities include nice touches include slippers, free toiletries and bath sheets. Only dislike; the TV screen is the smallest we have came across for a while.. It was tatami room and we made our own bed, surprisingly they have a few staff moving around to ask if we need help on setting the bed! More memorable is the Onsen, superb and body relaxing! Had a good session at night… rich minerals to nourish our skin. There was a bonus for us – there is a Jozankei night illumination running these 2 weeks and we got to view it, a 15-mins walk into the town central. Really a visual treat for us all. Fully enjoyed our stay here.

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY LOVELY!

Very good location in Sapporo. Very near all the places we hope to visit. Unfortunately while we are there, we couldn't get a carpark from the hotel. There is no drive way lobby, so it can be confusing to enter the hotel. You got to get your luggage off the taxi stand, before parking your vehicle in another building. But for the price & location , it is all good. Great breakfast 👍🏿
