First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. ４． I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. ５． Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of ２ seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? ６． The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. ７． The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. ８． When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々. No matter how much service bus I felt, I didn't care about the front desk, but I was grateful and impressed by the wonderful response of this woman who flew to the front door! !! !! ９． Therefore, I arrived at Sapporo Station in about 45 minutes, and I was able to save an hour from the route bus and subway, and I was able to go to the next accommodation, Otaru.

We went during the ski season. Because they were gold members of Starwood, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. We didn't start registering when we arrived, but the staff there arranged the room for us for free as soon as they heard that they were gold members. We are on the 27th floor and can enjoy Hokkaido in the snow. The hotel is the tallest building in that area, so the view is very beautiful. The rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. However, the design in the room looks outdated and needs to be renovated. Although this didn't destroy anything, we felt that everything looked old. The heater in our room was very warm and when we reflected to the front desk, a fan was immediately sent in. Very timely and thoughtful! I don't know if everyone can have breakfast in the lobby (continental breakfast) or more than 30 levels (not sure the exact series, but really high) to choose to eat Japanese or Chinese breakfast. My wife and I chose Japanese style, and what surprised us was the high quality ingredients here. We ate snow crab sauce soup and local fresh fish, and many other side dishes! If the hotel offers a choice, our suggestion is to go to the restaurant on the 30th floor, the scenery is super beautiful, and it gives people an exclusive sense of dignity. I didn't give it a full score because the hotel is not connected to the train station. Coupled with the dizzy, there is no sense of direction, moving the luggage from the train station to the hotel will be a bit difficult, especially in winter. Finally, although the hotel is not in the city, it is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. I think if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it may attract more tourists.

We recently stayed at the Grand Mercury in Sapporo and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location is very strategic, allowing easy access to various attractions in the city. One of the major perks was the free parking, which added significant convenience to our stay. The room size was quite large, providing ample space for our kids to run around, which was a big plus for us. Additionally, the location is pretty quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. While the hotel was fairly clean, it wasn't spotless. I'd give the cleanliness a rating of about 8 out of 10. The service was okay, with many self-service options available, which might suit some guests more than others. Overall, the Grand Mercury is a good choice if you're looking for a convenient location, spacious rooms, and free parking in Sapporo.

A++++ Ryokan. Our entire experience was amazing. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The level of service was top notch. Check in - they sat us down in the lobby, provided slippers, drinks, snacks, while reviewing the amenities of the hotel. Onsen - public onsen was super clean, nice hot mineral water, cold bath, great showers and top notch products - lotion, creams, soaps, towels, etc. In Room Onsen - filled fast, luxurious, room for two. Nice and private for a couple. Food - had breakfast and dinner. Amazing. Dinner was about $100 USD per person. plated exquisitely. Lounge - cocktails and whiskey (many are included in the stay). Bartender was super friendly. 10/10, will do it again.

小さい子どもを連れての利用でしたが、オーナーさんのお気遣いがあり安心して利用できました。 住宅街の中にあるので騒がしさはなく、ゆったり過ごすことができます。 施設内のお風呂は基本シャワーのみの利用ですが、おすすめしてくださった銭湯がとても良い所でした。 オーナーさんがお手すきの時は銭湯へ送迎もしてくれるようです。 玄関は24時ころ施錠されますが、事前に伝えておくと出入りすることはできます。 朝も早い時間は施錠されています。 朝食にいただいた自家製のパンと苺のコンフィチュールがとても美味しかったです。 いただきながらオーナーさんと色々なお話ができて楽しいひと時でした。 子どもがハイハイで動きまわりたい時期にホテルなどの洋室は避けたくて、でもなかなか和室を見つける事が難しかったのでとても有り難かったです。

SappoLodge is a great place to consider for those who want a budget accommodation in Sapporo. The location is in an extremely central location near Susukino, which means you’ll find many good bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. There are also two convenient stores a block away as well. The bedroom and showers are extremely clean. The staff thoroughly clean them everyday. The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. And most of my fellow guest were all really cool and interesting adventurers who enjoyed various sorts of winter sports. Small reminders to keep in mind: full front desk service is only available in the afternoon and evening. And the shower rooms are not available 24 hours, so no late night showers after midnight. Next time i come to Sapporo i will definitely keep SappoLodge in mind.

It was my second stay, but the room is different, but there is a massage chair, and the room is 12 minutes wide for single stay. The cleanliness of the room is normal. Because it is a clean person, it may be a beautiful person. I borrowed steam iron, but the front desk was saved by bringing it to the room because the hand was blocked. I was happy with hospitality. Breakfast can be selected from Japanese and Western food. It is simple, but it was very grateful that it was free. There is a Family Mart near the hotel and it is very convenient. I would like to use it again when staying around Sapporo Station.

I stayed here for 3 nights with 5 friends. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Sapporo Station, so I think it was within walking distance. There were no convenience stores or shops near the hotel, but there were convenience stores, izakayas, and other shops on the walk from the station to the hotel. I booked a twin room with two double beds, but when we got to the room there was also a single bed so 5 people could sleep there. Check-in and check-out were a little confusing, but I was able to ask a hotel staff member right away using Skype at the unmanned front desk, which was great.

Even though it was the high season, it was super cheap compared to other stores! 2 rooms for 3 people and 1 parking lot for a total of 10,000 yen! Moreover, I got a 2000 yen ticket that can be used in Sapporo city, so it's actually 8000 yen. I am grateful to cut 3000 yen per person. There is a Lawson next door, and there are various shops nearby, so it was a very convenient location. The room is clean and the size is a normal bijiho. The bath was a little narrow, and the air conditioner was an old type that couldn't choose the temperature because it was a ticking type by the bedside, but there was no particular problem. Also, there is no power outlet near the bedside, so if you want to put your mobile phone on the bedside, I think you need a long cord. There is no hairbrush in the room, so if you need one, you can get it at the front desk or bring it in. The hair dryer seemed to be different in each room, but both rooms were Panasonic's (old style) and easy to use. Perhaps because the mattress was expensive, everyone was able to sleep soundly and get rid of their fatigue. I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity!
