Perfect villa for our needs. Just off the beaten track so not on top of everything but a nice enough walk away. Shops 5mins. Beach a little longer. Lots of restaurants close by. The villa was big and the staff were very accommodating and polite. I will for sure stay again if I go back to seminyak

The villa was very clean and tidy. The bed and the pool were kept neat and clean at all times. I would highly recommend trying their floating breakfast in your private pool. It was indeed one of the best breakfast experiences i have ever had. They had a few options in choosing the breakfast menu, and everything was very delicious. Their staff was extremely friendly and were always there for help

Pool was not cleaned prior to check-in. Had to engage the staff to vacuum and clean up the pool. There was a nearby club blasting music at night till 1am, had trouble sleeping.. Overall, the staff are nice And friendly.

The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the rooms are good, and the breakfast is rich. You can rent motorcycles directly. You can walk to downtown Seminyak in less than 10 minutes. The location is convenient. However, the bathtub can't really be used, because the water is not hot, which is a pity.

The sanitation is very poor, there are many mosquitoes, the sheets have not been replaced, the facilities are basically old, the glass door is broken, it is inconvenient, it takes a long way to get to the restaurant, but the staff is very warm and friendly.

For the first time, I chose to live in a villa in the Seminyak area. It is very close to Finns and potato head, and the transportation is very convenient. The villa is very quiet and suitable for leisure and vacation. The layout of the room is reasonable, but overall it is still a bit old. The hygiene of the room and the swimming pool is good, but the bath towel looks very uncomfortable and has some blood stains on it. It should be impossible to wash it off. It is recommended to replace it. The service is still great.

It's not bad, the service is very good, breakfast is included, but it's not very delicious, the room is a bit long, but the price is more cost-effective!

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon here, was exactly what we wanted and needed. A well kept villa with very accomodating and friendly staff, especially Gede, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We spent most our days and evenings away from the Villa but it was lovely to come back to a tidy and private little area and have a refreshing dip in the pool or chill in our well air conditioned room. The beds were comfy however the tv seemed pretty pointless if I am honest as didnt connect to anything, were weren't really bothered as we werent there to watch tv. The walk to the beach was 5-10 minutes and very easy to get to and we were very close to plenty of bars, restaurents and markets. For info the pool and are is enclosed and doesnt get a great deal of sun so isnt a space you will probably want to stay in during the day but again really wasnt something we were hoping for. Wifi was spot on, and the kitchen facitilies were very useful. Shout out to the breakfasts as they were delivered to the room and were very nice would a good variety of options.
