Excellent hotel, probably the best in Xiangcheng District, this is my second stay. Our destination this time was the Redwood Tree at Huqiu Wetland Park, about seven or eight kilometers away, and the wide roads made for a very smooth journey. The hotel exudes French elegance, and the breakfast is fantastic, especially the high-quality Western pastries. The buffet dinner on the first floor also offers great value for money. The service is exceptional, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team. Absolutely impeccable.

YYayayajiezhuCame to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

ZZhuzhu7717The room was spacious and very clean. From the window, I had a lovely view of Tianjing Lake. The TV offered a wide selection of international channels, including CCTV. As a guest, I had complimentary access to the gym and pool, with extra towels provided at the pool. I swam twice and went for a run during my stay. It wasn't crowded, and the lifeguard was always on duty, making for a very enjoyable swim! The package I booked included a complimentary mini-bar refill and a double buffet dinner. The buffet dinner that night had a fantastic Southeast Asian theme, with most dishes being from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand – a really creative buffet experience. Tianjing Lake is just across the road from the hotel, and there's a shopping mall and restaurants right next door, so all the amenities for entertainment and dining are very convenient. After having lunch with my mother at the mall, we went to Tianjing Lake and tried out a tandem kayak, which was reasonably priced and a lot of fun. Overall, staying at Pullman offers excellent value for money. Even if you're not going skiing at Alpine World, the nearby facilities provide plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment!

11368168****I've stayed at Pullman hotels in many cities, and this one has the best service! Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the cleaning ladies, everyone was excellent, making you feel right at home! The front desk manager even sincerely asked for my feedback, which really shows their service-oriented mindset! This time I booked a suite. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken, but thankfully the master bathroom toilet worked. The light strip in the master bathroom wouldn't turn off at night, and customer service immediately sent a technician up for repairs, which was very efficient! The facilities just need regular maintenance. Then, the only somewhat stiff service was from the pool staff! On the first night, I went to the pool area and let my baby get a towel himself. A female staff member, without even looking up, just told the baby to 'get it yourself' – her attitude wasn't good at all, and she lacked service awareness. Even if she wasn't staff, she would help a child, let alone being a staff member! Then my husband said the male staff at the pool also had a bad attitude and no service awareness. He directly went over to them and, in a very harsh tone, said, 'You need to leave the towel.' We weren't planning to take it anyway and were still showering in the changing room. There's no need to be so blunt; you could politely say, 'Sir, please remember to leave the towel in the changing room after showering,' instead of treating us like criminals! The only thing I felt was that the pool staff's service was poor; everyone else was excellent! It truly has a five-star standard. The only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of the pool staff! The service from the hotel's other staff was truly exceptional! It made up for the shortcomings at the pool. By the way, the pool is beautiful! I'll definitely stay here again! And we even caught Halloween 🎃! The restaurant's decorations were very thoughtful, thumbs up 👍🏻
