Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

WaimianquzouzouI visited Suzhou during the May Day holiday and booked a five-star hotel from the Accor Group. The hotel is located near the Xiangcheng District government building, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room worked well and was quiet, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast offered a mix of Western and Chinese options, with a wide selection of Western pastries. During the holiday, the noodle station had a bit of a queue, and you had to get a number first, which tested my patience. Overall, the hotel is worth staying at.

Guest UserThis is my first negative hotel review on Trip.com, and it's for this place.
When I checked in, I realized I hadn't booked a room with breakfast, so I bought two. Buying it at the hotel was more expensive than the Trip.com package. On Trip.com, my room type with breakfast was just over 800 [currency unit], but buying breakfast separately made the total over 900 [currency unit], an extra 90-plus [currency unit]. The staff didn't even mention it, and I only found out after comparing prices back in my room. If it was just my own oversight, that'd be one thing, but I later discovered that for this price on Trip.com, I could have gotten a free room upgrade. So why wasn't I proactively offered an upgrade during the off-peak season?
Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when I arrived around 9:20 AM, there were only leftovers from the already limited selection. There was only one sad-looking fried egg left. I understand making less food during the off-season when there are fewer guests, but you're charging me 109 [currency unit] per person. And the hot food wasn't even good.
In the room, the duvet on the bed had dust on it, and it felt damp when I slept. The overhead shower was broken, and so was the shower attachment for the bathtub. This is the first time I've encountered toothpaste in a sachet. For this price, I also had to buy my own drinks. And who knows what brand the hairdryer was.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right off the elevated road. They offer a buffet dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, and a lavish breakfast spread. The front desk staff, especially LEMN, was incredibly welcoming. They upgraded our room and even provided welcome fruit.
