Pullman Properties in Suzhou

Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui! Its prime location in the Xiangcheng CBD is excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty of shopping nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The lobby has a chic, luxurious feel, and my room offered breathtaking panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was incredibly soft, and the soundproofing was top-notch, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas and a bathtub, was a real treat. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with the authentic Suzhou-style noodles and freshly wrapped wontons being highlights. The heated pool and fully equipped gym were perfect for some downtime and relaxation. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, and the value for money was excellent. It's my top choice for business trips or leisure, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

I first stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it just opened and had a great impression. So, I decided to return with friends this time. It's clear the hotel is now very well-established and operating smoothly. The staff are in excellent spirits, polite, and provide attentive service. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading our room. On a side note, there was some water leakage from the shower door after showering, so I suggest the engineering department inspect and address this. The area around Tianjing Lake has developed nicely over the past few years, and it was very pleasant to watch the full moon over the lake from our room.

The Pullman Changshu far exceeded my expectations; it's truly the benchmark for five-star hotels in Changshu! The room was spacious and airy. The twin bed setup was incredibly comfortable, with soft and clean bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The entire room featured a minimalist luxury business decor, with warm wood tones paired with sophisticated gray walls, giving it a high-end yet cozy feel. A full-length mirror by the entrance, a desk and workspace, and a mini-bar were all provided, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done. The marble countertop was spotless, the shower pressure was strong, and the toiletries were high-quality. The lighted mirror was a thoughtful and practical touch. The whole room was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors. The room came standard with a coffee machine, mineral water, and a hot water kettle, providing all the essential amenities for a hassle-free and convenient stay. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi, and the surrounding area is well-developed. The service was prompt and attentive, and the front desk staff were gentle and patient, making for a smooth and comfortable check-in and overall stay. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changshu for business or leisure!
