Amazing hotel with an attractive price. All the amenities are there and food is also good. It's 10 mins from Dal Lake and I think it's a best option of reasonable stay.

Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what?
The service was friendly, proficient and professional.
I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine.
The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

One of the best hotels in all of India. The people here, in Kashmir generally, are incredibly friendly. And in the hotel, everyone is dedicated to ensuring our comfort to the highest degree. The food is also very delicious, and the service is excellent everywhere. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said I genuinely feel like I am at home here. I would like to thank the hotel for their excellent selection of staff. I would especially like to thank: Usama Altaf Adil Farouq Waseem واحد من افضل الفنادق في كامل الهند . الشعب هنا ودود لابعد درجة في كشمير عامة . وفي الفندق الجميع يحرص على راحتنا لابعد درجة . والاكل جدا لذيذ والخدمة رائعه في كل مكان لا أكون بالغت اذا قلت اني أشعر فعلا اني في منزلي . . اشكر الفندق على حسن اختيار الموظفين واخص بالشكر Usama Altaf Adil Farouq Waseem
