Good place to be washed

Havuzu, sessizliği ve hizmet kalitesiyle gerçekten çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Çiftler için çok ideal. Ek olarak otel ve odamız temizdi. Otel personeli her konuda yardımsever ve güler yüzlü davrandılar. Aynı bölgeye tatile gidersem kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim.

The hotel is located very far from Yalova, no bus can pass through it, if you do not have a car, you need to use a taxi or the hotel's transfer, which costs between 350 lira and 530 lira, and the hotel is right on the main road, so I definitely do not recommend going there. The cleanliness of the hotel was good The waiter working at the poolside of the hotel was very attentive, thank you, the guys working in the restaurant do not know what service is, I got up and bought everything myself We have not been able to get a signal from the TV at the hotel for two days, although we asked the technical team to come and check, no one came for the TV for 3 days Don't be fooled by the photos, it is the highway.

The cleanliness was quite good. The pool was nice. It was a little far from the center, that's the only problem.

When we first came to this hotel, of course the view, exterior and welcome were very nice, and the staff showed such closeness that they welcomed us as if we were a customer who had been coming and going for years. From now on, when we pass by, we will definitely want to stay at this hotel for 1 or two nights. Very nice, very clean, comfortable room, delicious food

Everything was perfect. The breakfast is prepared with home care. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is not bad. The view is magnificent. The terrace is magnificent after 7pm. The only problem is that the sounds of the vehicles are slightly disturbing.

I stayed in Hotel Vela Verde Yallva for 2 nights in January 2024 the hotel is super clean and room given to us was cozy and elegant. We arrived at night, Abdulla at the reception was so kind person, helpful, professional, attentive and he upgraded our booking and gave us big suite so the whole family stay together rather than separate rooms. We are grateful to Abdulla personally and to everyone in the hotel mamagememt; the day shift reception, the manager and all other staff who we met were so helpful and smiley all the time. Highly recommended hotel.

It was like looking through a window which opened to peace. It took away all my work stress. It felt so good to escape from all the people and rest here. The Turkish food I ate here was incredibly delicious. Thanks to all kind people working at the hotel. We will definitely meet again.

I went with my family for 3 days. I have never been satisfied. We asked for cleaning to our room, but no one came. We asked for water, but it came after the 4th call. The food was not good. Rice pudding came as dessert for 2 days. On the 3rd day, they said there was rice pudding again for dessert. Because I reacted, the mosaic cake arrived. In short, it was far below my expectations.
