15 minutes walk to mailoboro area and the mall. The good thing is hotel is new , bad thing this hotel has serious design flaws, paper thin walls between the room, I am not exaggerating , PAPER THIN, with zero sound isolation . I hear EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING IN THE NEAR BY ROOMS. And I do mean everything , and no they aren’t speaking loud . Just anything they say or they do feels like they are next to me , we can have a whole conversation behind the walls! No joke . The second issue is stains on the sheets , we requested to change 3 times when we checked in as each time they replace with another sheet or blanket with new stains . Breakfast was good , view on top floor/pool area was beautiful . My opinion it’s not worth the price but the good thing it’s new, though if you get closer to Malioboro I think it would be much better , just make sure they don’t have paper thin walls . Staff are all wonderful , it’s just a design flaw in this hotel , some contractor decided to pocket in some $$ probably and totally eliminated sound insulation .. I mean guys it’s really a serious embarrassing issue , you can’t do anything as you know all neighbors can hear you and even exactly know what you doing and what you saying when you just talking normally
