Great lication, great hotel. Next to MRT station, 10 minute walk to china town, 20 min walk to Marina Bay. Room was generously sized, pool and jacuzzi on site. Staff very attentive! Would definitely recommend!

A really nice hotel in the Clarke Quay area. Located within walking distance ( 30 mins to China Town. little India and a little further to Marina Bay Sands). Close to subway so direct access to airport. Also a 28-35 taxi journey to airport. Lots of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Lots of choice A very nice hotel with lovely rooms, as in the pictures. Nice swimming pool, with pool bar. Gym. Cocktail bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast is one of best 5 star breakfasts i’ve had in while, with plenty of choice from all over the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service by him with strong sense of warmth. He was incredibly professional and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Most importantly, he was always available to assist with any questions or requests I had, and did so with a genuine willingness to help. Meanwhile, all other front office staff were also very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and surrounding area, providing us with helpful recommendations. Throughout our stay, the front office staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel is fantastic with lovely location and very kind people at the front desk, concierge and room service. The service at the restaurant where breakfast is served was also very good, except for the 2 persons at the entrance. There was a particular gentleman working the desk who made it seem as though guests were coming in for free, and it was up to him to ensure that no one eats for free. The attitude was all wrong and completely spoilt the atmosphere for many guests, not only for my family and me. People are paying a handsome amount to stay at this nice hotel, where although paint jobs were ongoing on our floor, leading to a very strong stench of paint eminating through our floor all day. However, this high handed behavior by a few of the staff, takes the joy away. Trust this will be looked into.
