What truly stood out was the effort Sheryl put into decorating our room to match our wedding theme. She set it up beautifully with balloons, lights, and flowers, creating such a warm and heartwarming atmosphere. It was a small but incredibly meaningful touch that showed her attention to detail and her dedication to ensuring guests feel special. Throughout our stay, the team demonstrated professionalism and a high standard of service. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. For anyone looking for a 5-star, service-oriented hotel at a reasonable price, I cannot recommend Peninsula Excelsior Hotel enough. Good location and the condition of the room looks new too. You can use your Handphone to control the lightings for the whole room. It comes with afternoon tea ( sandwiches and desserts) and evening cocktail. The food selections are decent with chicken, butter rice, vegetables , salad , fruits and fish skin. They will also top up different food in the middle. Like spring roll and fried dumpling. Ikmal is very attentive, when he saw that we were holding empty glasses, he will take the initiative to top up and delivered to our table. 👍🏻 overall a good experience.

Hotel location is great! The decoration is nice and well maintained. General house keeping is good and tidy! The design of shower is poor that the shower head will go back to its original position during use which is very inconvenient and difficult for using! The coffee machine in the room couldn’t work. Sockets above both the bedside tables couldn’t have good contact with the chargers and we needed to use the sockets at other locations. The mattresses were aged and seriously deformed that we couldn’t sleep well all nights. The wind direction of the air conditioning is towards the head position of the beds that I felt sick after the first night and needed to sleep at another direction to avoid the wind from the 2nd night. A waitress (the same lady) in the breakfast restaurant had cleared everything on the tabletop of our table when we just went to take another round of food in 2 different mornings. I cannot believe this will happen in the restaurant of a 5-Star hotel! She should be well trained to observe whether the guests have finished or not. And, there wasn’t lots of guests in the restaurant. Really unbelievable! The swimming pool and gym room are too small for a 5-Star hotel.

Book here for rest after watching sg smash. Hotel near to CityHall mrt station, also can walk few minutes to Bras Basah mrt for cc line (to stadium). Clean and new room, very comfort bed. Breakfast is limited choices, and have to take quite long queue for verification and wait for staff’s guidance to the table. But overall is ok.

Pros 1. I've been to about 10 cafes in Singapore, but the coffee is the best..(Green tea latte is really..good) 2. The location is just the best. (Central to buses, subways + great restaurants) 3. The bedding is soft. Warm water comes out quickly and the facilities are clean. 4. A lot of Koreans?! (Sharing a really good restaurant) 5. It's quiet and the atmosphere is good. (No bugs, no smells) 6. There's a lounge, so you can work on the computer. 7. Use of washing machine and dryer (I brought enough clothes so I didn't want to use them, but they were so humid that I did laundry.) Cons 1. Even if you book a women-only room, you check in around midnight, and male staff members come in. 2. Even if you stay for multiple nights, it's not cleaned. 3. It's better to assume that there are no amenities.

Friendly staff, clean space (actually, every time I went to the bathrooms they were being cleaned 😅). Perfect location, 15min walk away from Marina Bay/15min walk from China town, and 1min away from views of Marina Bay. The bed creaked quite a bit and the noise from the street is quite noticeable at night, but other than that all the amenities were 👍🏽.

Definitely a great location to find basically all the main places for sightseeing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a solo traveler. This might be the first hotel that made me feel awkward about traveling alone. Got a whole third degree from the receptionist about why I’d travel alone. Awkward jokes about dying,totally unnecessary. Outside of that the breakfast wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. Depending on what time you go to breakfast there could be little to almost nothing left. If you got early and when it’s less busy you’re good. The watermelon always looked off but tasted okay. Could possibly improve this area. I’m also not too impressed by the fact that my deposit could take about a month to be returned to me since I used a debit card. So here’s to hoping that comes through.

2nd time booking this hotel as my gf loved the experience previously in Nov but I made a mistake of booking a room that I thought had bathtub due to the room pictures showing the bathtub and only noticed it when I entered the room on the day of the visit. Went down to request for a room change with bathtub and was willing to pay the extra differences if a change can be made but was told that there was none which was abit upsetting but I guess is understandable since it is still a mistake on my own part. Other than the above, the room was clean and the hotel was still pretty near mrt station which was pretty convenient. For the price I paid, it is still decent although there might be better alternatives. Probably won't book thjs hotel again though.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, within walking distance to 2 MRT stations. Room is spacious and clean with great amenities and facilities. Breakfast spread is also good for both Asian and continental fare. Slight drawback is that the live band music from nearby night spots can be a bit of a thumbs down for early and light sleepers. Otherwise, a more than decent business hotel to stay at. Very pleased with our stay.

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

Clean room. Gotten a free upgrade. Strategic location. Breakfast spread was good. I would like to give a feedback on the breakfast service though. My mum was wearing the hotel room slippers and was told by the lady at the counter to change due to ”safety reasons. However, we saw around 2 to 3 other hotel guests roaming ard and dining in hotel slippers. I wonder whether they were given the same advise as my mum as well? My mum felt she was picked on. If this is a rule, it should be enforced to all guests.

Excellent experience! The team at the desk was lovely, and so was the waitress at the breakfast. Probably the smallest room we've ever stayed at, but it had everything we needed and was super comfortable as well. Everything was clean and in perfect working other, except for the fridge that was warmer inside than the room, but it didn't bother us. Gym is super modern and great if you are looking for cardio, not great for any weight exercises. Laundrette is in the same space, which was great managed to get our clothes washed during the workout. Self-service luggage storage is a great option as well. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We would not bother again. There was a great breakfast place just across the road with much better value for money. Overall 10/10 We would highly recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit to Singapore

We received excellent service from reception which made checking in and out a breeze. Room was clean and spacious. It came with a coffee machine and quality teas for our convenience. Pan Pacific was conveniently located next to Suntec, Marina Square and Millenia Walk. There was also a huge selection of eateries in the area, you just need good shoes for walking. Easy access to both Promenade and Esplanade Stations.
