Every time we asked for help, they responded patiently with a kind and gentle attitude, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The room environment was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bedding was soft, and the facilities were well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. It certainly wasn't cramped for a family of several people. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool area. The outdoor pool featured a shallow section, an artificial beach, and various children's water toys, including electric inflatable surfboards for rent. The pool water was clean, and staff constantly watched out for the children's safety, allowing parents to relax with peace of mind. The entire hotel is well-equipped for families, offering activities for both kids and adults. It's definitely the top choice for a family vacation. We will certainly visit again in the future and recommend it to our friends and relatives!

The interactive floor projection created an amazing ambiance, and my child spent ages playing barefoot in the light and shadows. There was also an interactive 'treasure hunt' projection on the desk, which kept my child quietly entertained, finally allowing us parents to catch a break.
