My stay this time was incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge experience was excellent overall, with attentive and thoughtful staff. The specialty cocktail service was a standout, creating drinks with outstanding flavors. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge during my leisure time. Linda was very helpful during check-in, arranging a room with a great location and conditions, making for a comfortable stay. During check-out, Winnie and Alfreda were friendly, nice, and provided detailed service, making the process smooth and efficient. Throughout my entire stay, all the staff members demonstrated excellent professionalism, were responsive, and welcoming. The hotel paid attention to all the details, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation with Outstanding Staff Service! We recently stayed at the InterContinental Shenzhen for a family trip, and it is hands down one of the best choices for families in the city. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, providing the perfect comfortable environment for us to relax. The kid-friendly amenities are exceptional. Our children spent hours at the water park and the indoor ball pit, which kept them fully entertained throughout the entire stay. The dining options were another major highlight; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Utopia restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious options that catered perfectly to both adults and kids. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the personalized service. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a wonderful birthday cake! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Dafne López from the staff. She went completely above and beyond to help us, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel incredibly special. We highly recommend this resort to any family visiting Shenzhen!

First of all, a big thank you to Calice & Tracy for their meticulous arrangements before our stay. I was celebrating my mother's birthday, and the butler, upon learning this, prepared a lovely surprise birthday setup for us. Here are the main aspects of the hotel that I was very satisfied with: 1. Direct subway access: This is excellent for those who don't drive or want to avoid traffic jams and taxis. 2. Well-divided swimming pool: It has both 1.2m and 1.5m sections, keeping children and adults separate. Plus, the pool offers a fantastic view of the sea. 3. Beach access right downstairs: You can put on your swimsuit, take the elevator down, and go straight to play in the water. Then, take the elevator back up to your room to shower and change. 4. Sea view room: The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning! 5. Delicious buffet: Both dinner and breakfast buffets were unique and excellent. My mother was very pleased. One minor dissatisfaction: It seems the only way from the hotel entrance to the lobby is via the car lane. I walked around for a while and realized there's no pedestrian walkway. You have to walk in the car lane. Fortunately, traffic generally moves very slowly, so it wasn't too dangerous. Do they assume guests never walk in? 😅 Overall, I think a sunny weekday during the off-season is perfect for a two-day stay here!
