The staff were nice and helpful, room was tidy and clean..The location was good . We will book this hotel in the following trip to Shenzhen.

This is my first time staying at Yue Nanguo Hotel. It has convenient transportation, ok environment, good value for money, and good front desk service... The room is a little different from the online photos, but it's acceptable.

To be honest, this hotel is pretty good. The bedding is new and I slept very comfortably. The air conditioner is super powerful. If it's too cold, you might catch a cold. The price is economical and the facilities are well maintained. However, the toilet seat obviously does not fit the size of the toilet seat. The front desk service is really kind and friendly. It was like entering a mahjong parlor. People were playing mahjong all night, and from time to time they would run into the corridor and talk loudly on the phone. I didn't sleep all night. I was going to catch up on some sleep at around 7 o'clock the next day, but another group of people came over to play. Mahjong. The room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. It doesn’t match the pictures online at all. It’s a lie.

The contrasting prices on the same day are really deceiving. It’s the same as everyone else. I booked the same room for 260 yuan, but after a while the price dropped by dozens of yuan. I said I had no choice but to change after checking in. Who else feels comfortable and is a regular customer who stays here often?

Cheap is cheap, but dirty is really dirty. There were several cigarette butts on the floor of the room that were not cleaned. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. It was all over the quilt. ①住過幾次，一直感覺不錯，這次竟然見到在牆上竟然有蟑螂在爬，看來是我之前幸運沒住到有蟑螂的房間。 ②登記入住時，明明是我先到，然後一位社會氣息比較濃厚的男子來登記，喊前台幫她開房間，前台**竟然放下了原本幫我開房間的手續，轉而先幫該位男子開房間，我百思不得其解，按先後順序服務這麼基本的事情都做不到嗎？ ③同時間，在前台**幫這位男子開房間期間，該位男子問她知不知道XXX住幾號房間，她説不知道，然後男子叫她幫他查一下，她竟然真的去電腦幫他查了。我大為震驚，難道客户的私隱訊息這麼容易就可以被泄漏出去的嗎？雖然被查的不是我，雖然我也沒做過酒店前台，但是保護客户訊息是基本的職業道德，這樣低級的錯誤誰都知道不能犯，而她卻因為客人一句話就幫查了，如果這發生在星級酒店早已被開除了。

首先 入住一開始就不愉快、房間特別小 床單上有污漬 服務員態度巨差，後來換了房間床單還是我再三要求下才給我換新的。然後我夜裡回房間要休息時居然聽到隔壁房間傳來狗的叫聲！凌晨一點多的時候！嚴重違法違規 給攜程打電話求助，商家態度巨差，就給退了一半的錢，然後屋裡也沒有防毒面具，必須舉報黑心商家！

酒店服務環境體驗都很好 訂的是無窗房到店後升級了有窗房。前廳服務熱情周到，有星級酒店的素養。點贊（՞ਊ՞）👍👍👍，酒店設施齊全，有自助洗衣，有機器人送歺、房間裏有免費充電線。酒店附近很多吃的，有潮汕經典美食，隊排好長，很好吃很多人，很熱鬧，位置很好，去香港非常方便，交通便利，有兩條地鐵線，會推薦給朋友。下次過來不二選擇。
