It was a great vacation, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service and staff, and also the location of the hotel were very nice ... But I would like to note that booking through this site is for Eastern Europe only, so the balance will paid in the hotel, this is happen with me because I didn’t knew that

The hotel is a four or five star hotel. It is large and has all the necessary facilities. The hotel rooms have balconies. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available like most hotels. Shower gel is available, but shampoo is not. The buffets for three meals a day are quite rich and complete, but the taste is a matter of personal preference. The hotel also has parties at night, which is quite exciting. The overall accommodation experience of the hotel is still good.

The hotel is great! The room is not big, but it has a balcony where you can watch the sunset. The staff are warm and polite. The hotel has 6 restaurants where you can eat at any time all day long. The food is rich and delicious! The hotel also has its own beach, which is really great!

The room is okay, the food is also good, the highlight is that there are so many Russian girls! In fact, this is not the reason for the hotel. Hurghada is a traditional holiday destination for Russian Ukrainians.

The hotel environment can be quite good.

Overall rating is the best. All food, service and facilities Very good. However, you cannot see fish or coral in the sea. regret not having

We had a wonderful stay. The food and service was excellent. For our room Ahmed Abbas did a great job, everything was clean and nice. We had always water. My recommendation. All the facilities with the activities were extra. The bes stay ever

I have never been looked after so well by all the staff here at sinbad club, great atmosphere all round. Always happy to help you with what ever is needed. Entertainment is exceptional! Coffee and food is super delicious. Beech is just amazing, which includes all inclusive. There is a bar and restaurant at the beech, and snacks. We already are looking to book again soon. Big thank you to these guys for just being nice and welcoming, Ahmed Mohsel , khlid fare, acumen atef, and Muhammed osmer. SEE YOU ALL SOON!!

I love the staff very good experience and entertainment I would recommend to anybody and the hotel staff is very welcoming and amazing loads of different attractions that you can do like go quad bike and go see pyramid very good experience and attractions

The staff are fantastic throughout. Particularly Ashraf at the pronto Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and Ashraf really does go above & beyond to ensure a great time was had by all. I’m sorry I didn’t get any other photos of the food, it was so nice I forgot to take them :)

My first time in Egypt loved it. Can be a little daunting on arrival. All staff at the hotel are great and very helpful. The Animation team are the best I’ve seen..had a lot of fun with them. Nino, Seif and Omar really took care of us and ensured we had a great time. Nino is so funny we got along well The guys are great. Would definitely recommend and visit again

Mr Mohamed the bar manager is a class act and asset to the Sinbad hotel. Offering the kind of service and experience that you would expect in a top hotel in Dubai. Plus’s he makes amazing cocktails. Looking forward to visiting Egypt again soon

We (a family of 6 - kids ages 2,3,11,13) had a super nice stay. Mohamed A.Lhmeid (rooms houseman) who cleaned our rooms did a wonderful job. And he was so friendly and service minded. The food was different from what we are use to but it was ok. The foam party was a success. The animation team did a great job. It would have been perfect if also the pool with waves were as warm as the children's pool. If you go for the WiFi, choose another place. The children's playground was really nice and our younger kids loved it. It was also nice to have a beach at the pool so the kids could play in the sand. Over all, we had a really nice experience and would recommend it.
