From check-in to check-out, it was a worry-free experience. The front desk check-in was very fast, the room was quiet and clean, the environment was elegant, the hallway aroma was very pleasant, the room layout was reasonable, the toiletries were of good quality, and the service was attentive, providing a wonderful stay! They even thoughtfully provided a souvenir gift.

The staff meticulously asked about our arrival time and patiently explained all the details for decorating the room. On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was excellent, and Sheraton's quality control is consistently good. The location is convenient for getting around, and the lobby is grand and spotless. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the front desk staff were polite, professional, and quick to respond to requests. The guest room was spacious and very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding and mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had stable water pressure and a full set of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The gym and pool facilities were complete and fully operational. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Hygiene needs improvement. The front desk staff, as always, were excellent and accommodating. However, are the two aunties from the customer service department on each floor there to guard the elevators? Are they afraid someone will steal an elevator? Guests also need privacy.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

As always, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The public areas perfectly address the needs of business travelers: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities means I can quickly get my business attire in order. The gym is great for a quick workout to relax, and the Zhuju reading area is quiet and elegant, ideal for impromptu meetings or small business discussions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, including freshly made noodles and rich, freshly brewed coffee. They start serving early, so even if you have an early meeting or train, you can still enjoy a full and satisfying meal.

The hotel has a pool, and it's not crowded, which is very convenient. The facilities are quite new, and the hygiene is acceptable. The environment is also satisfactory. It's suitable for business travel. The room has a bathtub, but they don't provide disposable bath liners. I tried to extend my check-out time a bit, and while the front desk wasn't as accommodating as some other hotels, overall it was okay. It's a bit dry this season, and I'm feeling a bit under the weather. The soundproofing is so-so, but I was still pretty happy with my stay. Overall, a good review.

It was also very quiet at night, with no outside noise disturbing my sleep, so I rested exceptionally well. The breakfast the next day offered a wide variety of fresh food, from hot dishes to pastries and desserts, all of excellent quality. Throughout my stay, any requests I had were promptly addressed by the front desk, making for a truly satisfying experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips to the area and will recommend it to friends.

I think it's great! The environment is lovely, the room is a good size, and the service is excellent. I especially appreciate that there was no smell of smoke in the room. They also offer luggage storage. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, so you might need a taxi if you're in a hurry for your train, though it is close to the high-speed rail station.
