This hotel experience far exceeded my expectations! I planned a surprise for my girlfriend and called the hotel two days in advance to discuss the decorations. The staff meticulously asked about our arrival time and patiently explained all the details for decorating the room. On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The service was great! There are various dining options within the building, so you don't even have to leave to choose from different cuisines. The swimming pool was especially comfortable, and they also have a sauna, massage, and jet bath, which you can enjoy all to yourself. You can also watch both the sunrise and sunset from the hotel.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

Staying at Atour for a business trip, I was really impressed by the attention to detail. The front desk staff handled my check-in quickly and efficiently. Knowing I needed to work, they thoughtfully assigned a quiet, inner-facing room. The room's desk lighting was soft and easy on the eyes, and the screen mirroring feature was very useful, making it effortless to work late into the night. As always, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. The public areas perfectly address the needs of business travelers: a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers and ironing facilities means I can quickly get my business attire in order. The gym is great for a quick workout to relax, and the Zhuju reading area is quiet and elegant, ideal for impromptu meetings or small business discussions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering both Chinese and Western cuisine, including freshly made noodles and rich, freshly brewed coffee. They start serving early, so even if you have an early meeting or train, you can still enjoy a full and satisfying meal.

It was pretty good. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. They saw we had a child and sent a small gift, thanks to the lady at the front desk for her service. My child needed formula, and the cleaning staff brought two bottles of water, which was thoughtful and kind. P.S. There's a current event at Daning Park, and we could see the fountain from our room window, so we didn't have to go out in the heat to see it.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always ready to help with any issues. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, offering great value for money.

I think it's great! The environment is lovely, the room is a good size, and the service is excellent. I especially appreciate that there was no smell of smoke in the room. They also offer luggage storage. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, so you might need a taxi if you're in a hurry for your train, though it is close to the high-speed rail station.

This location is super easy to find, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The surrounding amenities are also very comprehensive. Overall, the experience was great. The only minor drawback was the average soundproofing, but in all other aspects, from service attitude to environmental details, everything was thoughtfully done. It also offers good value for money, so I'd definitely recommend it to everyone to try.
