Room was clean and big. Have a kitchen which can request for cooking utensils and all. Microwave, washer, big dining table. One area of improvement will be the toilet gets pretty damp after use and there was no venitilation to dry out. So floor remains wet overnight, solely dependable on aircon to dry it.

Very clean and nice Hotel, the staff is extremely friendly. The Location near to the Train-station, Subway and the HUB is perfect.

Convenient location near Hongqiao Airport and within walking distance to a large shopping center. Very clean room and well-trained staff.

Our stay was pleasant, customer service was great, the room was a decent size and it was comfortable. I would stay again.

Great hotel. Very close to the station and has lots of facilities around. The service was great and the room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was buffet an dit was fine, plenty of options.

This hotel is good enough to select, u can always find the right mall and restaurant. And easily to arrive train station even by feet 10mins.

I had an early 9am flight so I stayed at the Hyatt. The walk to the airport was about 20 minutes. Very easy! Breakfast started at 6am. Easy check-in and the hotel room was very comfortable.  I would recommend the hotel if you have an early morning flight.

Good hotel, only 10 minutes walk from Hongqiao station. If I have a train again early morning: would come again for sure. Nice breakfast!

Walking distance from Shanghai Hongqiao railway and airport. Clean room and good breakfast. Also has a laundry room. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Overall good experience during stay only issue was with breakfast …it’s too much Chinese food centric and has very less continental options

pretty good location, near the hongqiao railway station (10~15 min walk) The rooms are clean and modern. Convient for early departures or late arrivals.
