The staff were friendly and very courteous

酒店早餐人很多，服務跟不上。用餐地方較小，經常是人們在等食物送上來，咖啡沒了也是多人催促才上。服務一般！

There were a lot of people at the hotel for breakfast and the service couldn't keep up. The dining area is small, and people are often waiting for food to be served. Even if the coffee is gone, many people are urging it to be served. Average service!

I got a really nice upgrade when I told them I was wanting to stay their in a timeline when all the hotel was reserved so we're other hotels in the area and had a great quiet evening. I had some tile experiences taken advantage of my income I gotta see a lot of our work looking new after all these years of great maintenance and people working on the hotel. I Loved   working on this particular hotel about 25 years ago. Salem had a lot of things I remember and new business and menus to keep a person busy for everything they loved want to the cars everyone wants on a amazing price and plan....,Thanks, sincerely, Reid Bryant

The room was clean and comfortable.  We have stayed here several times. The parking lot is small and often times packed with work trucks.  Makes it difficult for our Dodge Ram.  I wish the app would outline what the additional pet charge is.  We stay at La Quinta's because they are pet friendly, but often get charged different amounts at different locations.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice breakfast with a large variety of options each morning. The staff was professional and accommodating. The facilities were just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.  We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. We would’ve preferred a hot tub, but it certainly wasn’t a deal breaker.
