Excellent indoor bath

As a tourist it was all I could ask for and more. Highly reccomend

The overall hotel stay was pleasant. Location is awesome. The room is a bit run down though. The private outdoor onsen is nice. The dinner and breakfast we had in hotel however was just okay. Most food was all preset on table and barely warm at the set dinner time. Would recommend to stay at the hotel only but not have dinner there.

Good service

The location is near Yanagyu and Ichinoyu. The room is very hygienic, but you have to eat in the room, which fills the room with the smell of food all night long. There are great indoor and outdoor baths.

The hotel is not far from the station and can be reached on foot. The staff will explain the various facilities in the store and other tourist attractions in the town in detail, and will also help take the luggage to the room. The dinner is a set meal, and a Chinese waiter is specially arranged. He introduced each dish and how to taste it. It was a pleasant experience

The facilities are clean and well-managed. 5% discount if you buy souvenirs at the souvenir shop next door. The room we booked had a private bath and was very hot. But the water wasn't hot spring water. The food was so-so? I've been to expensive hot springs before, lol.... The service was so-so, but not unfriendly. You have to choose the service of having dinner and breakfast delivered to your room, but when I checked, it wasn't there, so I made an additional change, but they didn't do it. So we went to the dining room. The location is good. It doesn't seem to be a cheap hot spring or cheap.

The dinner ingredients are average, and the Vietnamese waiters are obviously lower than others

We stayed in one room as a family, 4 people. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft futurs that were laid out for us while we were in the springs. A very tasty and beautiful kaiseki style dinner. Breakfast in Japanese style. Convenient location from public onsens, and the hotel’s own onsen is very good, with an outdoor bath! It’s a pity that the room was for smokers and smelled quite strongly of cigarettes, but, to our joy, the futons and pillows did not smell! I would also like to note the friendly staff, both at the reception and the girl who accompanied us everywhere, were very kind :) I would like to come again!

This ryokan is set up for hospitality and traditional Japanese service and rituals. The service can be called excellent. An unforgettable experience richer with the serving of a traditional Japanese dinner, breakfast and with the making of the futon beds. Included in the package is also a visit to the onsen in the village of Kinosaki. It has a price but we thought it was definitely worth the experience!

It's a historic building. It has a nostalgic, in a way, inn-like atmosphere. The food was delicious. I went when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so the rows of cherry trees were nearby and it was a great location for touring the outdoor baths.

There is not much to say about the service, which is basically top-notch. However, if you order two meals and one night, the quality of the dinner is a little different. Is it because of the price? Or something else? It's hard to say. However, because of the problem of the car in the morning, I asked if I could skip breakfast and have a bento instead, and the hotel agreed immediately, which is quite humane.

The service is first-class. One stay and two meals in the hotel are delicious. The room price includes a pass to Waiqitang, which can be used until three o'clock the next day. You can basically soak in all seven soups. There are waiters who can speak Mandarin, so communication is not a problem.
