Good room, Good toilet, good breakfast and good people

Big and clean hotel nice staff and very comfortable for who want to stay in rayong city

Hotel was very clean and nice. Food was great and the service quite amazing. They were quite accommodating to our requests. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, rooms were spacious, air conditioning perfect and everything you could need or want for breakfast. Bar across the road did amazing soup, so cheap 😋 👍

Good location, easy to find, in the city center, close to the food market, clean, new accommodations, booked the Standard type, but the school should improve and plan management better than this. In the matter of having customers wait to check in, arriving at the hotel at 1:45 p.m., the staff told them to wait for the room for 20 minutes. The room was not ready yet and they would call to inform them when finished. I understand that I went before check-in time, but the end result was sitting and waiting for 1 and a half hours. A staff member called to inform me to pick up a keycard to enter the room at the front, which required me to stand in line with customers waiting to check in. The staff did not provide a service for separating the lines of customers. By the time we were able to enter the room, it was almost 4:00 p.m., very slow. When there were customers who were frantic about talking to the school manager, he quickly arranged for that group to board, which was very bad. As for us, we had to wait in line. I just feel separated since I serve customers who are members of a good school, but people who reserve through the agent app don't care at all. You should go back and do service training again. In conclusion, the experience of staying here is bad.

Very new hotel, the staff is humble and polite. I went to the front desk three times because of the bed type in the room, and each time I asked, I got an answer and finally solved the problem in a friendly way. The swimming pool is nice, and the breakfast is also good. The only downside is that the room is really small, the shower and toilet are separated, but the door design is not good, and children with children may bump into it.
