Nice and convenient place! Good service! Have cup noodles serve every night!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit.5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. You have to use exit.4 instead. Cleaning is everyday that’s good. 👍 The lactation is not near the shopping center like Shinsaibashi or Namba but is very good for use Holiday in peace.

The room is quite spacious, and the surrounding area is decent.

Walking distance to Family Mart just behind the hotel. Neighbors shop is salllon and western restaurant. 2min walking to Osaka Metro Hommachi station Exit 4 & 5.

Great value for money! The room had all the essential amenities, and the Japanese-style decor made it feel cozy and clean. The location is very convenient. I stayed here for one night on my way from Kyoto to Osaka for a flight, and it was easy to get to Shinsaibashi in the evening and Osaka Castle Park early the next morning. A small suggestion: it can be a bit noisy facing the street, so if you're a light sleeper, remember to bring earplugs. (Oops, I forgot to take photos!)

We stayed for 2 nights and the place it is very clean. It was super close to the metro station and it is close to downtown. It is a little bit small but worth it for the area.

Osaka was the final stop on our Japan trip. 1. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of bustling Shinsaibashi. There's a subway station just a few steps away, making it very convenient to get to Universal Studios. 2. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided service with a smile. They carefully verified our check-in information, which was great, and also offered free luggage storage! 3. The hotel has a small self-service beverage area, but they didn't offer machine-dispensed drinks, only pre-made options like fruit teas and coffee. The taste was generally mediocre, and some were a bit too sweet. 4. The washing and drying facilities in the laundry room are split across two different floors, with two sets of machines on each. However, this wasn't quite enough when it got busy. Also, due to heavy usage, the cleanliness wasn't always promptly addressed, and there was often a lot of lint and residue inside the washing machines; I'd recommend wiping them down thoroughly before use. Paper cups for the ice machine weren't always replenished on time, sometimes requiring a trip to the front desk. Furthermore, the laundry room itself is quite small. It also houses a microwave and the ice machine, and it gets very crowded with more than two people trying to use the facilities simultaneously. I'd suggest opening the main dining area in the evenings for guests to relax or heat food, instead of cramming everything into one small space. 5. The room was quite spacious. With three comfortable beds for three people, we all slept wonderfully!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; subway stations, convenience stores, and shopping streets are all just a 5-10 minute walk away. The high-floor rooms offer fantastic views, perfect for enjoying the city skyline.

The hotel's location is super convenient, not far from the subway. Downstairs, they offer free drinks and there's a public lounge available for guests. It's also close to a convenience store and some really great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, about 3 mins walk to a train station, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, small supermarkets and pharmacies. The front entrance is small but very peaceful and beautiful. The lights in the trees make it easy to recognise at night. Reception is very professional and will try their best to answer any questions you might have, but it's better if you can speak some Japanese. Very close to the shopping street but not loud from outside noise. There was a construction happening on the other side of the same street but the windows seem to have pretty good sound insulation (could still hear some but not too loud if you're a deep sleeper). I loved the window design where they have a screen door covering the window so you can open the blinds to let natural light in while still maintaining your privacy with the screen door. Another feature I loved is the warm light between the window blinds and screen door - if you close the blinds and only turn on the window light, and close the screen door, it creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere to get ready for bed. Towels and bedsheets can be changed upon request with a sign but cleaners may knock on your door any time in the morning despite the signs indicating that cleaning will be completed as long as you request it before 1pm. The walls seem to be a bit thin as you can hear the cleaner vacuuming and opening doors in the rooms nearby in the morning. There are multiple facilities across different floors and I did not encounter any issue of crowding at these facilities. I really appreciated the lounge space they have from 3-9pm where they include drinks, snacks, and a hotel diary for guests to write in. There are also many seats and tables here for guests to eat or work at. I did not purchase their breakfast buffet so no comment on that.

Room is abit small for 2pax- hotel is not easy to find but can be navigate. Need to exit honmachi station Gate 4 or 5 to find the hotel
