Amazing! My new favourite place to spend a night when we need to go to Adelaide! The pool is indoor and just beside the Sauna and Steam. What a gem!

The room is gorgeous and the people are friendly. The only thing that I believe they could improve is the water pressure in the shower is weak.

We extended our stay for another day and were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. As seniors, we truly appreciate all the young men and women who assisted us. A big thank you to everyone, and we will definitely stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.

The hotel lost my clothes. The surveillance footage showed that the cleaning cart was blocking the view when the housekeeper was there, so we couldn't see anything. Yet, they insisted their staff didn't steal it. It's really funny how they think. I stayed at this international five-star hotel abroad, expecting good service, but it turned out to be like this. Absolutely trash, and the housekeepers are all outsourced.

Overall good, and the location is convenient. It's easy to pick up a car from Europe Car in the city center, and it's also very close to the pedestrian street. It's lively yet quiet. Using a Trip.com room voucher made it very cost-effective.

Good location, nice hotel facilities and staff. However, the aircond is a little bit too loud and can not change in between cold/heat. We stayed on Level 2 which it directly opposite to a car park, not so nice.

Convenient location. When booking a private hire vehicle, ensure u state Pullman Hotel, otherwise drivers will just wait at another corner of Hindmarsh Square.

Perfect place central Adelaide and nothing to fault here. Great rooms, quiet and good facilities and access to the cbd.

Loved this hotel. Location is great. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety and excellent. Rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. So enjoy my stay in Pullman. Will stay again when visiting Adelaide. Thank you to all the staff, you made my stay so wonderful.
