Good location near the train station but except for that little to recommend. At check-in I was made to pay a tourist tax of 88MAD for a 1 night stay. This isn’t the correct rate which should be around 22MAD They don’t provide any tea/coffee/water in the room.

This hotel, did not notify me on the law about couples staying together - they didn’t confirm or mention this on trip.com and refused to give me back my money and not even consider half at least but they took all my money and didn’t get a refund based on a law i was unaware of!! Would not recommend this hotel and the service since they do not care at all! I eventually got an airbnb with better service and no issues whether i am staying with someone or not!

The hotel's location and room facilities are quite good, the service is also OK, there are Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's not far from where you can buy wine. But there is a serious problem that I believe no one can accept. The Ctrip booking interface and order clearly show that you only need to pay an additional city tax of about 20 RMB after arriving at the hotel, but when you go to the front desk to check in, you are charged more than 64, which is more than three times more. I protested to the front desk on the spot, and the front desk replied that they didn't know the Chinese information on Ctrip and told me to look at Agoda. What kind of logic is this? I booked from Ctrip, why do you ask me to look at Agoda? This is no different from fraudulent consumption. Until now, the city tax in the booking interface is 20, 39, and 212. This price information management is really messy and misleading to consumers. If this problem is solved, it can at least deserve 4.5 points; if this problem is not solved, giving 1 point is too much.

The room was much smaller than what we booked and paid for. The reception was almost never manned. Additional costs were much higher than expected. Enormous noise pollution from music in the evening

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

Comfortable, pleasant hotel. Cozy, clean rooms. Within walking distance from Adgal station, walk no more than 10 minutes. The nearest attraction is the Royal Palace, 35-40 minutes on foot. It takes longer to get to the rest, Medina is 45-50 minutes away.

The soundproofing is particularly poor. There are all kinds of noises from the next door upstairs. There is a billiards hall next door. The music is so loud that it can make your head explode. You can hear footsteps upstairs in the middle of the night and people talking next door. People who are sensitive to noise are strongly advised not to stay here.
