Second time here and just as the first time super friendly and helpful staff, such a convenient location for petra exploration

Excellent hotel, great service, comfortable bed very clean.

The front desk is very good, right at the entrance of the attraction, very close! Maybe because of the war, there are very few people, but Jordan feels quite safe, and everyone is very friendly. It is much better than the European experience, recommended!

酒店不錯，房間很大，前台服務很好，酒店人員都很NICE，還有水果送☺，建議去佩特拉古城的可以從修道院出發，可以走完全程也不累。

Très bon hôtel à deux pas de Petra

This hotel looked good but once inside was anything but good. Service was courteous without being outstanding. The rooms were tidy but get do with a spruce. The food was plentiful without being high quality. The food is brought in from a sister hotel and is unimpressive.

Wonderful stay and hospitality. A stone’s throw away from the entrance to Petra with a short walk uphill to the hotel. Great rooms, with views of the mountains and a free mini bar. Good spread at breakfast, with am omelette bar and pancake bar, nothing to fault at all.

The hotel is only a short walk from the visitors centre and museum and looks over the town. Our room 218 was a reasonable size and comfortably furnished. The king size bed was comfortable. Room lighting was good. The main reason I gave just 3 stars is the small bathroom which was only big enough for 1 person. Also the showerhead was very poor and provided a barely adequate water flow. This was not due to water pressure because this was good in the sink. A better quality shower head is what is needed. We had breakfast and dinner each day which was buffet style. Both had a good variety and flavor was good. As with all buffets the food is not really hot. The dinner items changed each day but somehow seemed the same especially the chicken. I never saw lamb served. Staff service was good but other than the man who cleaned our room not very friendly.

Fantastic location, within stone's throw of the visitor's centre at Petra. Don't let the modest looking lobby fool you, rooms are fairly large and spotlessly clean, so are the bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is quite a spread, they offer their local specialities along with the standard breakfast items. Everything is tasty and fresh. Pleasant and helpful staff. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Petra.

Recently concluded our stay at the Petra moon hotel. The location of the property can't get any better. Hotel also looks very new, like it's been recently renovated. Our room had a amazing view. Breakfast was amazing, even the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend this property in petra.

staying at this hotel completely unsafe in all the meaning, even when the hotel is clean and good but safety is the most important during our tour to Jordan in Sep we had a driver try to take advantage of us, (Me & my friend was travelling alone to Jordan 2 lady's), and when we tried to escape from him as he don't know us, he send another driver to do the tour for us, so he don't know how we look like or anything except my friend first and last name, the hotel provide him with all our information, full names, passport copy, a video of us when we was check in to hotel and check out, the car took us from the hotel, all of that and more, so this hotel threat our safety by doing this and could do the same for any other clients will stay at there hotel sometimes staying at bad hotel but have a god safety is much safe than staying at hotel like this this review for all people thinking to book at this hotel, think in your safety before do the booking

this is the worst hotel you can stay after a long day of problems we had we expect to arrive to petra and found our rooms ready because we arrived around 8 evening the front office guy was so rude and make us wait for over 20 min because he didn't found the booking we made online we asked to get 2 rooms next to each other one king and one twin he said they don't have so we said ok whatever you have even when we send this request when we booked when we get to the rooms the rooms was smell bad and there was no towels so we get down and asked to change it there he told us that he can't and if we want towels we need to wait till the c shift or till tomorrow so we ended book another hotel couple of meters away 3* but the service was 5* petra moon hotel for us not more thana motel don't worth 1*

wonderful location with an amazing view of Petra and mountains that can be seen while sitting on the terrace. Rooms are very clean and of high standards. Food was delicious and the staff so polite and helpful. this place is highly recommended
