A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It was quiet in the room, which made the stay especially comfortable. Every day, water was replenished, coffee and tea were restocked, the room was cleaned, the bed was made, and towels were replaced. The self check in process was easy and caused no difficulties at all. At check out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception until the evening, which was extremely convenient. We were planning to spend the next night in Incheon, but before that, we wanted to visit Lotte World Adventure. Thanks to this, we managed to do everything we had planned. Special thanks to the man who helped translate our situation and assisted us in reaching an agreement. His help was truly appreciated.

I initially thought the room decor was a bit old-fashioned, but after staying for a few days, I found it to be very warm and the cleaning was meticulous. It was quiet at night, and there was hardly any noise from the hallway. The self-service front desk wasn't very convenient; sometimes there was someone there, but when I had an issue with my room that day, I had to call customer service. Eventually, the owner arrived and resolved the problem with a very good attitude. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry returning in the evening, and it's very close to Lotte!

Very good room with a very large bathtub. The area is filled with a lot of fun things to do like claw machines and lots of things to do and eat. Close enough to walk over to lotte world adventure and bus to places like seongsu. In addition, travel from icn airport is easy since it is one bus ride

Convenient location with plenty of bars, restaurants and convenience stores near. Walking distance to lotte world, lotte tower and lotte mall and also close to multiple metro stations. Nice rooms however our bathroom had no door to seperate it from the main room which means very little privacy. Shower could do with a scrub but wasn’t too bad. Staff are super lively and helpful. Overall a good stay!

They have self-service check-in and check-out machines, which is convenient because the front desk was sometimes unstaffed. When I followed the instructions to call, the person on the other end didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. However, later on, a front desk staff member who spoke both English and Chinese was wonderful; their service and attitude were excellent.

The room has a large bathtub and good soundproofing. There's no restroom on the first floor, but out of all the places I've stayed during this long business trip, this one was the most comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway and the airport shuttle, making getting around super convenient. The room service is also great. Plus, there are tons of fantastic restaurants nearby.

After landing, you can actually take the 6006 airport bus directly to the hotel, and it's just a short walk from the stop. Navigation insisted we take the subway, though. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and subway lines 2 and 9 are not far, plus there's a bus stop very close by, so getting around is definitely convenient. Aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, I think it's really good value for money. It's also just a few subway stops to get to concert venues. The front desk attendant in the evening spoke Chinese and was very helpful.

Very very clean and huge room. Not a single downside. Best one I've booked in Korea so far.

We were here for a concert, and the hotel was close to the venue. We stayed for one night. The self check-in kiosk was fast and easy to use. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The location is very convenient. There’s a subway station about a 5 min walk away There are also many cafés, bars, and convenience stores nearby.

room is very big and clean. only 1st day on the blanket theres a small stain, but i think is a small issue for me. location is very convenient! walking distance to the train station and there is airport bus nearby, very easy to get around to places. i was here for a concert and it is near my concert venue, easily go back and put stuff. nearby also alot of place to eat and it seems like they open till late, i didnt try, but the street behind looks happening. overall is good. the staff is very kind also, i could repack my luggage at the lobby, they are very kind. just leave your luggage beside the counter there before you check in and after you check out, they allow that. its good!

Clean room, nice view, great location near the subway, and very friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights in winter and really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pharos. Would recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Metro Lines 9 and 2 nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. You'll find an abundance of dining options in the vicinity, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The room was clean and tidy, though it felt a bit dated. The only drawback was a leaky showerhead.
