Location is good, staff are nice, cleanliness is ok. But their service is a bit slow and they won’t refill the box tissue and body lotion in toilet even we’ve finished it.

Pitfalls to avoid: This hotel is definitely the worst and weirdest hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. There was no Wi-Fi in the room on the night of check-in. The hotel had a backup Wi-Fi, but it was not provided. I had to try to connect myself countless times. 2. I was woken up by the alarm clock on the bedside at 6 a.m. The hotel explained that it was set by the previous guest, but why didn't the waiter turn it off in time when cleaning the room? 3. The waiter didn't knock on the door and swiped his card to come in directly many times, which was scary 4. I booked a double breakfast, but when I went to have breakfast, they said it was not included and asked me to pay. I showed the hotel reservation form, and the hotel said that their information was not updated. 5. The room rate was nearly 5,000 yuan per night, and an additional deposit of 100 euros per night was charged for check-in, which was the standard of a domestic three-star hotel. This is a very friendly hotel. We arrived in Paris at 8 am and asked the front desk if we could check in early, otherwise we would have to walk around the streets of Paris until 3 pm. The front desk agreed when there was a room available. I was grateful and immediately felt 100% more favorable towards the French people! The hotel is very close to the Arc de Triomphe and it is very convenient to walk to the Champs-Elysées. The breakfast is good and you can take a cup of self-service coffee away. The service staff is warm and hospitable. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Paris!

The room was very nice, with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and the street view was beautiful. The hotel is in a very good location, only a 3-5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The room was generally good. However, the hot water in the room we stayed in on the first night was broken, which was very regrettable. It got better after changing rooms.

Service is super bad. We arrived at 12 o'clock and didn't check in until 3 o'clock. I got angry and only checked in at 3:30. The front desk was always acting weird. We asked the hotel to order a taxi and told us it was metered. The location of the hotel is very good. It's just on one of the avenues leading to the Arc de Triomphe. It takes a few minutes to walk there, but the modern decoration doesn't feel special. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows are nice, but the hotel only has one elevator, and the wait for breakfast is very long.
