The room was very nice, with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and the street view was beautiful. The ancient buildings reflected the beauty of Paris, and the location was excellent, close to the subway station and the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is in a very good location, only a 3-5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The room was generally good. However, the hot water in the room we stayed in on the first night was broken, which was very regrettable. It got better after changing rooms.

Service is super bad. We arrived at 12 o'clock and didn't check in until 3 o'clock. I got angry and only checked in at 3:30. The front desk was always acting weird.
We asked the hotel to order a taxi and told us it was metered. After we got in the taxi, the driver said it was a fixed price and had to add a predetermined price and a price booked by an inexplicable company.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's just on one of the avenues leading to the Arc de Triomphe. It takes a few minutes to walk there, but the modern decoration doesn't feel special. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows are nice, but the hotel only has one elevator, and the wait for breakfast is very long.
