The pool was closed do to the heater being broken, whirlpool was empty, and not much lightening in the room for reading,

Price and location wise. Your best road trip night stay option. Room is very clean and neat. Decent and new. Bathroom is ok, not as excellent as the room. Room is so big. Viewing the golf course feels so chill. Would stay again if passed during road trip.

The hotel has seen better days. It was a bad sign when no one answered the phone when trying to book for two weeks. Every year it gets rougher. The carpets are frayed, the pool was closed and nasty, the stairs and landscape are crumbling, the wallpaper is taped onto the wall, the continental breakfast has evaporated, the catered meal for 200 included spam and egg salad sandwiches…. I had to argue for a pitcher of water for the table (no I’m not buying 10 $2 bottles of water or bringing my reusable water bottle to a banquet)… The staff seemed surprised we were all there and couldn’t make a decision to serve their guests unless the owner happened to be around (he seemed nice and was flexible and eager to make things work). I suspect our event will be held elsewhere next year. The content of the even was awesome. The hotel on so many levels was disappointing.

Convenient patio door to parking lot , although couldn’t lock it. I have a sore back, the lower height of the bed made it easy to get in. The bathroom sink is too low which made it difficult for someone with a bad back. Room needs an upgrade, carpet, paint, & bedding

We have stayed here many times and never had any issues, this time it was under new management and oh my lord it was horrid. They had to switch us rooms 3 times in 24 hours, also the rooms were not cleaned as we found a pair of someone else's dirty underwear in the corner and the animal hair in the bathroom was gross. The smell of curry made you want to vomit overall was a horrible experience. They also didnt give us the room we booked saying the hotel was booked solid from a hockey team coming from ottawa and they of course never showed but there was a heck of alot of east indians that came out of the hotel at 9pm after the smell of curry made you feel ill. NEVER again will we stay at that hotel!!

Even though this hotel needs many upgrades, rooms were clean. We were able to secure a massive suite with a wood burning fireplace for only $150.00 a night.

The king suite hot tub room we wouldnt even go in hot tub because the ceiling above it is rotter and fallible down.

Never again. Don't stay at this place if you have other options. The staff were all rude and seemed like they didn't care we were there. My wife and I paid for the suite. This is the most expensive room in the place. The bed was broken, when two of us were on it you could not lay down without falling to one side. The pillows were lumpy. The fireplace mantel was broken. The balcony carpet was disintegrated. There was graffiti in the furniture dating back to 2005. The jet tub was small and half of the jets didn't work. The bathroom floor did not feel clean and feet and floor towels were dirty after getting out of the tub. We went for breakfast at 9:35 the next morning. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10. It wasn't. The guy walked out of the restaurant and said we are closed and then said he can open it just for us. We walked out and went across the road for breakfast. At checkout manager did not ask about our stay. It is shocking that Ramada has attached their brand to this neglected property with abysmal customer service.

Based on the photos and the existing "star" rating, we were expecting much more than we received. It was very disappointing from the first day unfortunately. We received an email stating the restaurant was open Wednesday through Sunday but when we went to have breakfast Wednesday morning we were informed by the front desk that the restaurant was actually closed for repairs. The gym had a disconnected TV with cables hanging, no sanitation supplies, the pool and hot tub were closed, wall paper was peeling off the walls, carpets were dirty, staff at front desk were not friendly for the most part, business centre was not functional, and then there was the screaming children running up and down the halls and banging on our door throughout the night. Very disappointing to say the least. Will not recommend this property.

Building is lovely. Staff are friendly. Lots of amenities. Very clean. Love the toiletries they left for us. Fridge and microwave. The only small issue i had was that no where did it mention an extra free for my pet.

The beds were very uncomfortable, there was a layer of dust on the lamps on lampshade and all around the bathroom and the room had a strong odour the mirror was filthy, was kept up till 2 in the morning by loud noise of swigging doors and the people next to me we’re very very loud and I am from Toronto I am used to noise , had a horrible night of rest and an all day convention the next day…needless to say very disappointed in my stay
