Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Key code changed after each stay. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, newer furnishings, 55 inch Samsung QLED SmartTV, bathroom remodeled with new flooring, paint, vanity, light, and gorgeous tiled shower with tub. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony.
Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker and we supply some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day.
Beautiful new comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights.
We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach.
There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pool, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the oceanfront Sea Captain's House.
We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, Per HOA: Pets must be 20 pounds or less.permitted in select room types only. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.

Absolutely the best condo we have stayed in for a while. It is exactly as described and so clean!! The view and proximity to the beach were so awesome!!! Oceanfront with Beautiful Views
We had a great stay at this oceanfront unit. The views were stunning, making it a truly relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the seamless communication with the host. Jo Anna was prompt, informative, and made check-in and check-out incredibly simple. We appreciated being able to work directly with her instead of going through the front desk, which made the process much smoother. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient and beautiful place to stay.

Would highly recommend this property. I have nothing negative to say at all. The space is clean, open, the bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, the view is spectacular, the condo was quiet and had anything that you would need on top of all of that parking was super easy and Location is only a 15 min drive from the airport, outlet shopping and Boardwalk at the beach, not to mention super easy access to the beach.

Perfect Paradise
