The hotel was great, the service was excellent, the beach was clean, the food and drinks were delicious, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel🙏🏽 I will definitely go to this Khapaham hotel again and I will recommend it to my friends thank you🙏🏽

Don’t waste your money staying here. Branco staff are rude and clearly coached to cater for day bed hirers not in house paying guests. The DJ music pounds out from 11am-7pm trying to be louder than the music next door. It is relentless and repetitive every day. If you are looking for a relaxing beach stay and want to catch up on some R&R, or you have a baby or children do not stay here. I would recommend next door at Thalosso - beautiful people and guests are their priority, not selling day bed hires.

Positive aspects: sea-facing structure/rooms, good-sized and nice rooms, welcome/nice staff. Negative aspects: Rooms needs to be refreshed and better maintained, cleaning standards need to be improved, poor breakfast food ingredients quality. Generally speaking, this structure is not worth the pay your price and is not consistent with a 5-start standard.

Truly a 5 Star+ hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant delicious for dinner and over the top for breakfasts. Room was immaculate with a large terrace. Perfect location on Ornos Beach- half way between Mykonos Town and Super Paradise Beach. This was our first time in Greece and Mykonos- can’t wait to return and visit again. I highly recommend- we were surprised by extras and never disappointed. Perfectly romantic spot with both seclusion and fast access to all the hot spots (like Jackie O’s and Paradise Beach).

This place is amazing. I would like to acknowledge several of the staff members ALEX (BEACH MANAGER), RAFAELA,IRIANA, VIVI, AND STATHIS. I hope I didn't forget anyone. First class service amazing food and the friendliest and helpful staff you can ask for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mykonos. I can't wait to go back and visit next summer!!

Great place in Mykonos! Love the staff and great location! Pick up and drop off from the airport was easy and pleasant. Restaurant was fantastic! Sun beds were free for guests (row 2 and back) and the beach staff was excellent! This is my top recommendation for Mykonos by far!

My husband and I booked this place in the beginning of February for our honeymoon in July. We had a travel agent, who was diligent and checked in with them multiple times about room description and making sure that everything was confirmed. The morning we were leaving New York to go to Greece, they called and said we no longer had our room and we could stay at a different hotel if we wanted. We were supposed to be staying there for 4 nights and were on our way to take a 10 hour flight to Greece, with now no where to stay. They told the travel agent there was a computer clitch and they had no where for us, even if we went to a smaller room. They couldn’t care less, said too bad and figure it out. They told our agent, who has given them so much business, we could stay at a family friendly hotel down the road, for our HONEYMOON. They are a disgrace. If you want to stay at a place that doesn’t care at all for their customers and cancel on you literally last minute, then stay here.
