I had an amazing stay at Hotel Milano Castello. The location is ideal, just minutes from the Duomo and main attractions. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for a comfortable stay in the heart of Milan!

Undoubtedly high cost performance in the center of Milan, the housing facilities are quite new, toothbrushes and disposable slippers are provided, the sound insulation is also good, overall it is very good!

First of all, Ctrip's homepage puts a very misleading picture, which looks like the Milan Cathedral can be seen from the hotel. Actually the hotel is in a small alley, about 600 meters from Milan Cathedral! The reception level of men at the front desk needs to be improved, and the service attitude of female staff is better. No one to help with luggage! The room is very average, looking white and bright, the toiletries are full of the cheap feeling of a fast hotel, and the toothbrush cup is disposable. There is a mirror next to the bed. When you wake up in the middle of the night, you will think there is something next to you! It didn't even have a comforter, just a thin sheet! That's right! It's sheets! ! ! The phone in the room did not have any indication of the number to call the service center! I could only go through the corridor to the front desk to look for it. The staff took a very poor-quality pilled, chemical fiber quilt with other people's hair on it, and asked me to put it on top of the sheets, and then "tuck" myself into the quilt! breakfast is still very good! Everything you need, friendly staff, except for one older female worker who was very aloof and arrogant!

This is my second time staying at the Castle Hotel. It is located near Milan Cathedral and is quiet in the bustle. The breakfast is affordable and the room is clean and hygienic. During this period, Ctrip customer service perfectly solved the problem. Thumbs up to Ctrip customer service.

Apart from cleanliness and a good location, the hotel has nothing else to offer. This price is equivalent to the price I paid for a five-star hotel in China to live in a Motel. If you can change to another hotel, the price/performance ratio is a bit low.
