Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

The room is very nice, the hotel is very quiet, the beach is beautiful, there are not many recreational facilities, suitable for lying down. The meals included are very good, and the Chinese stomach also finds them delicious. We drove by ourselves, and there were checks in and out of the hotel. It is an hour's drive from the Matruh attractions.

The price was so affordable that I stayed for another night. The hotel's dinner was not a buffet but a menu. The taste was OK, but the portion was large. I was quite happy that there were no tourists in the off-season.

The location is very remote. We could check in at 8am, but the manager asked us to wait for two hours and charged us $20 before we checked in. We later complained to the lobby manager, who resolved the issue properly. He refunded us $20 and apologized verbally, but didn't do anything else to apologize. He also asked us to write a handwritten account of what happened.

The preferred hotel for vacation in Matruh Port, with the longest and cleanest private white sand beach. The hotels under construction in the surrounding areas are all under the Jaz Group and are very clean. The hotel service is also very good and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most comfortable hotel in Egypt, soft as silk. It's a bit far from the city, and a taxi costs 200 Egyptian pounds to 300 Egyptian pounds. It feels like a paradise. Recommended for vacation. You can also charter a car to go to the main beach attractions in Matruh. There are currently no taxis in front of the hotel. It is recommended that you contact the relevant itinerary after arriving in Matruh City and ask the driver to take you to the hotel.

Ctrip is really a rip-off. The more you book, the more expensive it is.

There are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel. It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.

It’s too far from the city. If you don’t have a car, it’s recommended not to come, otherwise you’ll just be a lamb to be slaughtered.

Everything was excellent. Staff are nice helpful and very friendly and professional people. Facility is great. Chiefs are very good and the restaurant crew are great. Location is hot spot. I was here for business trip but surely will come back with family.

Best place close to Matruh. Facilities, sea and food ) affordable for new year celebration. Most people even swim ) water is nice. All facilities in spa are working (last year doesn't work hammam). If you wanna go to the gym you should pay 800 pounds extra.

Fathi and Osama are the best barmans on that resort. We enjoyed all time here with them. Everything perfect. Thanks. Nice holiday, cool drinks, good people and amazing beach and sea. We love it here. ..................................
