Front desk and hse keeping staff service level are commendable. Hotel provides welcome drink, FOC pick-up laundry services and recycle and washable towels. 5km to high speed rail station, great hotel and will stay again.

Not suitable for non-smokers. Walkway and rooms with strong smoking smell. Not suitable for light sleepers. No soundproofing or management of noisy, inconsiderate guests who gathered in room and talk loudly at night. Parking is limited. Care needed when driving as hotel is next to a school with many school kids or people gathered at hotel entrance or parking area. Reception is welcoming with good service attitude. Rooms are clean and spacious with disposable towels and toiletries provided. Location is good at central area. Eateries and shops within walking distance
