The room was a bit small, but that didn't bother me. The hotel's location is absolutely central, very close to the train station, various shopping malls, and the CBD. Overall, it's pretty good.

1. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite clean, basically spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. 2. **Environment:** The overall environment is excellent. There's a laundry room, and a separate restroom on the first floor that guests can use even after checking out. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station. 3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient. 4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.

Convenient location to tram station, Southern Cross station and many eateries and restaurants.

My window view was right beside construction site. It was really bad. The toilet bowl was not clean properly (as shown in photo). Not sure if it's urine or what. The sink and toilet bowl is so close that the space is so small whenever I use the sink it's like so uncomfortable. There's also no door from bed to toilet. Overall i like the location but cleanliness was not okay.

Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.

This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating. Will recommend!

The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the Southern Cross Airport bus stop. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room, though compact, had everything we needed. The only downside was the somewhat limited space in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel for those catching an early flight.

All are good except 1) The floor got noise when I was walking. 2) The bed is not anchored. It moved when I tried to sit.

My room was on the first floor, right by the corner near the reception desk. Overall, it was pretty nice - both the location and the convenience were great.However, for some reason the constant beeping in the room is really annoying. The vent above the bathroom needs cleaning - there's a lot of dust in there

Walking distance to Southern Cross Station, making public transportation incredibly convenient.

The room was spacious and the location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station with plenty of amenities nearby, including large supermarket chains and restaurants. The only downside was the bathroom, which was a bit too cramped.

Pros: Exceptionally warm and fuss free check in. Near to tram stops and walking distance to South Bank. There is a 7-11 just around the corner and the Southern Cross Station is just 10 minutes walk away. Room is clean and although it faces the street which can be a bit noisy during the day due to the trams and Metro line, it quietens down at night. Cons: Tap a bit hard to operate - the water just gushes out and wets everything. The shower head could be better - it just sprays heaps of water mist everywhere.
