Service was great. The room was classic and exactly what I saw. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly and polite . Rizal park hotel will be my home whenever I visit Manila🫶🏾

We enjoyed our stay, specially the poll and breakfast in which my kids enjoyed a lot. Definitely a highly recommended Hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a superior geographical location, close to the sea. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The doorman's service is not in place, and he often doesn't stand at the door and doesn't take the initiative to help with my luggage.The room is not very soundproof. If the sound next door is a little louder, you can hear it faintly.
Breakfast is very simple, it is basically the same every day, and the ingredients are not very fresh. The waiters are not very dedicated either. They will get together and chat loudly.

Above average for room size. With a great view of sunset by the skydeck pool. Staff are helpful. Hotel is aesthetic. If you follow fil-american history you will appreciate the hotel even more. Got one concern though. The hand towel rack is defective, it kept from falling off which is disturbing. Wifi is good. More directional signage will be a good addition specially so it has another building attached/connected to the main lobby.

experienced poor service. didn't get help with luggage. loose overhead light fixtures. unhinged cabinet doors. breakfast unappetizing and certainly not worth the money. beautiful location by the sea. nice hotel structure

Love the hotel it’s beautiful great service service staff is awesome, room was comfortable as well and love the swimming pool view we enjoyed our stay. Buffet doesn’t have so much option but it is also quite good.
