Booked it for the location. Really great as right in from of MRT stop. Also very accessible to all the main the attractions. However my room was a tad stinky in terms of drainage, and also it could get noisy but not for too long (from nearby revellers)

Great location, clean, friendly staff. There is a bit of street-drinking going on next to the hotel most nights, but that’s something you should embrace as local culture. If you are worried about the noise, ask for a higher floor and a room in the same direction as the hotel entrance, we had no noise problems on the 15th floor.

It is very close to Taipei 101, about a five-minute walk away, but the location is difficult to find because it is in a small alley, and the sign outside the hotel is different from the name shown when booking. The driver also searched for a while before finding it. The room is a bit like an express hotel. It's a bit cold at night and the bathroom has a strange smell, but the location of the hotel is excellent.

Right next to Taipei 101. There are variety of bus services around as well as Tamsui-Xinyi Line next to the hotel to get you where you need to go. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I recommend it for solo or two party travelers.

Hotel is located in the glamorous district of Xinyi. It’s in walking distance to fancy malls and 101 building. From the pictures of the rooms, you can see the hotel has moderately aged but still decently maintained. It’s functional and bright but does not fully adhere to the chic Le Meridien vibe. I wish the management can redesign the hotel to suit it more to the brand during next revamps. My SNA got approved to the junior suite and thank you to the team for assigning a corner suite for my stay. It is the same size as the regular suite but closer to look at the 101 building. However it may have some noise from the bar right outside and some events down on the street. Luckily it only lasted until before 11pm which is totally reasonable. The bathroom however, is gigantic. It’s nearly too big that wasted some space. I do not like the breakfast option in this hotel as it does not taste good. The options are not that much and most are really mediocre. I hope they can improve their F&B if I visit next time. The lounge is also very small. It’s easily full and the bar /snack area is tiny, same as the Renaissance. The lackluster food and self served cocktails are a let down for the premium price tag, pricing at almost the same as the W nearby. The pool is big and good for lap swims. However, I believe there are many locals joining the health club in the hotel which makes the already tiny hot bath area cramped and wet towels everywhere. People are also taking so loudly which kills the vibe. I immediately walked out as it is not relaxing at all. All in all despite the letdowns, I still think it is worth a visit due to its location, functional rooms and friendly service.

Location was very convenient. Its a 10 min walk to the taipei 101 MRT station and right under the hotel is a 7/11 convenience store with a MOS burger fastfood chain. The building does seem old but the interior and rooms were recently renovated. My only problem was their plumbing in the toilet. It releases a bad odor on certain times but other than that the room is really clean

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. The location was convenient. It was near the City Hall MRT (took about 5-7 min

The hotel is ok. It is also convenient to eat, drink and play around. The staff at the hotel is not very good. Say don't book at Ctrip. We obviously booked the room. Going to the first sentence means that you have booked a room? In fact, they also have a single hand. Also left the room. ......... said Ctrip is not good in Taiwan. Do not make reservations at Ctrip in the future. I don't understand why. Your hotel will not be cancelled if you don't cooperate with Ctrip. We will not book a reservation at Ctrip. Anyway, people are not very happy to receive, we are in the room booked by Ctrip.

The hotel is close to the MRT Dongmen Station and has been reached within a few minutes' walk from Exit 1 or 2. It is also a ten-minute walk from Yongkang Street, which is near the restaurant, so it is very convenient. And in a quiet location, there is no trouble like Ximending. The entrance of the hotel has a layout of stone mountains and flowing water, which feels elegant. There is also a parking lot next to it. The hotel is old but the rooms are clean, elegantly furnished, spacious and comfortable. The wifi reception speed is very strong, but the corridor outside the room smells of smoke. Seeing that they locked each group of luggage and then covered it with a net, they knew that the security did a good job and reassured the guests. The staff was very friendly, especially the young male staff, seeing that we bought a hand letter back, and offered to go to the restaurant to sort it out slowly, so as not to hinder others in the lobby, it was very careful. Overall, it is a hotel with reasonable prices and good service standards. It would be better if there were more styles for breakfast food.

The location is great near Taipei main train station and airport MRT. Staffs were friendly. However, because our room is by the Main Street, the sound proofing is very poor as we could hear the noise from the traffic and , also, the guests from next door. During the night the drain from upstairs woke us up several times and the midnight check in guests who kept ringing the doorbell to his fellow travellers chatting in the room and in corridor which appeared showed no consideration of other guests living on the same floor and it was midnight too. We finally made complaint to the hotel staffs who were helpful in dealing with this. Don’t think will stay here again but if location is important, then this could be considered.

I chose the hotel due to its location. It is across the road from the museum, has a convenience store close by, plenty of food places, and a Metro station is just 200m away with the main railway station just 400m away. My room had wifi/internet and a bar fridge. I stayed here twice and was mostly satisfied. Better rooms are on the front of the building. The back rooms have no view and sound carries between them via a light well. English speaking by staff is mixed. They do have a left luggage facility if you arrive early or are departing late. Not all staff understand such requests.

I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

First of all, the location of the hotel is hard to find. It is in a residential area and there is no sign outside. You need to ask at the front desk of Fengju Hotel. There will be staff to pick you up. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a business building. The room is big and clean. It is quiet at night. The wifi is powerful and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is at the restaurant of Fengju Hotel. The buffet is not bad. The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. 3 subway stops or half an hour's walk to 101 Building, 1 station to Taipei Main Station, 2 stations to Ximending MRT, 3 stations to Songshan Airport MRT or 120 Taiwan dollars by taxi. It is also 2 stops away from the duty-free shop, and next to the hotel are Pacific Sogo and Sogo Sogo. The room fee is only 350. The price/performance ratio is too high. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. I will stay here next time.

This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. This time we stayed on the fourth floor, and you can see it when you come out of the room. The balcony of Dadaocheng Skyline is very suitable for leisurely drinking, chatting and relaxing. Second time staying in Yomi Hotel in Taipei. Walking distance to Shuanglian mrt and both sides of the roads are decked w lots of eateries. Chili 胡椒饼 was really spicy and good, cheese flavour good too. Many bbt stores along the way too. Yomi is in a really good location. I didn’t even know they had a basement (you have to take the stairs down where the washroom is and some amenities too, you can borrow Nintendo Switch from them, there’s free jelly to consume). We were excited to know we got the same exact room from our previous visit a year ago. Just some furniture was moved. One unlucky thing was the previous guest must have smoked in the room or is a smoker as we smelt cigarette smoke in there whenever we entered our room. Participated in their green programme where water/snacks/sachet coffee and tea and single use items/change of towels will not be done within our stay. Was given 2 masks in return. We were ok w it as we had own own toothbrush and toothpaste, fine w using the same towel for 2 nights. If we needed water we can request from the front office. Body lotion, hand sanitiser, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioners were in dispensers so that’s provided as well. Condom and lube was even provided in sachets in the room haha.

Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. We walked down to the nearby convenience store the first night to stock up on drinks (recommended). We tried the in-room hot spot twice as well as the public in-door hot spot once. We also tried the a la carte (recommended) as well as the set course meal (over priced) at the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet is decent. Finally, we swam at the pool (right next to the public in-door hot spot) and tried the Mario cart-like racing and zombie killing VR games (free for one play each hotel guest per day). There are three people staying in the hotel that day. There is no extra bed fee for the three-person room type in the hotel, but the subsequent assistance in upgrading to a larger room type is a surprise.
