numa Properties in Madrid

We had a very pleasant stay at Numa Madrid Luna. We stayed in two different rooms: the first was quite small, but cozy and comfortable for a short stay in central Madrid. We especially loved the second room with a balcony – it was very nice, bright, and had the atmosphere of a true Spanish city. 🫶 We'd especially like to thank the hotel team for their early check-in – after our long journey, it was invaluable and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is also excellent: everything is close by, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy Madrid. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Perfect for solo travelers. Location is excellent and clean. It’s very central, basically it’s walking distance to everywhere. The train station is 2 mins walk away. The only downside is that the WiFi wasn’t working for the first 3 days and no tooth brush/paste given. For sure I’ll be back again!

The location is super convenient, just a two-minute walk from the subway exit, and the building itself is quite new. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water for showering at night – only cold water. This might be okay in the summer, but it's completely unacceptable in winter. When I tried calling for assistance, I only got an AI response. I spent an hour texting back and forth trying to sort it out. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, making communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers. Also, the TV in the room had no remote control, so there was no way to watch anything. The safe was also broken and unusable, which made it hard to reach customer service.

It had a small fridge, a private bathroom, free lockers, self check in, walking distance to supermarkets, an electric stove, clean towels, a/c, great blackout blinds. there was an issue with the trash I reported it and two days later they were able to fix it

First and foremost, a huge shout-out to the staff working at the apartment. We encountered an issue on check-in day, and thankfully, we met several staff members who were all incredibly friendly and immediately helped us resolve everything. They were truly wonderful! The apartment is within walking distance of both the metro and train stations, which is extremely convenient for travelers needing to take trains for day trips or even to move to other cities. The room facilities are comprehensive; the kitchen equipment is sufficient and clean, and laundry pods were provided for washing clothes. There were even welcome snacks. The only downside to the room was the air conditioning system. The room temperature consistently stayed around 28 degrees Celsius, and even after setting it to 17 degrees, it would eventually climb back up to 28. We contacted the apartment, and with our permission, a staff member came in to check while we were out. After their intervention, the temperature dropped by 3 degrees, staying around 25 degrees. During this latest June heatwave in Europe, a room temperature of 25-26 degrees was quite uncomfortable. Only one side of the bed received cool air; there was no air conditioning elsewhere, especially in the bathroom, where we'd still be sweating after a shower. Also, the shower area didn't have a full door, only a half-glass partition, so shower water would splash onto the toilet area outside the shower. Aside from these two points, the apartment itself deserves a score of 90% or more. There's a branch of the most famous churro chocolate shop right near the apartment, so you don't have to deal with the crowds at the main store. You can truly relax and enjoy the food and take photos there.
