This hotel is a gem! First, it’s convenient location. You just need to go to the G level of Macao airport and cross.
Second, 24 hrs reception. The receptionists were very accommodating. We checked in around 10pm and it’s really fast.
Third, it is cleaned every day. The room is very nice, especially the view as you can see it’s overlooking and facing the aircrafts and sea.
I would recommend this for those having a red eye flight. There’s a lot of free hotel buses down the airport you can really save a lot. Easy access to restaurants, atm machines and bus stop inside the airport as well.
Amenities include: toiletries, hair dryer, mini ref, tv, wifi, hot and cold shower, 4 bottles of water and a free pen and memo pad.
There’s no deposit fee required. Checking out is really fast as well :)
Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.
The Grand Hyatt Macau is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Macau will find that the Grand Hyatt Macau is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 2km away. Being just minutes away from Cotai East Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. There's plenty to do nearby, with Studio City Water Park, Wynn Macau Fountain and House of Dancing Water all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

Great but need improvement
Pros:
Rooms are very spacious beautiful and quiet, plenty of electric sockets and USB plugs. Very strong water pressure and anti slip floor good for family or elderly, breakfast has a large selection and worth it. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to various places, and there is a shopping mall and many restaurants inside the hotel. Check out very convenient just drop one your room key into a box and one key insert into scanning machine.
Cons:
Some areas are not clean properly, below the sofa there are a few pieces of tissue left by previous guests which are actually easy to spot but somehow HK missed it. Check in although smooth but staff seems to lack welcome attitude and lack initiative to provide details except you are asking, and location is a bit far for tourist spots. I requested a room with a garden view but got a room facing a street with a dirty glass window, I was a bit disappointed but understable.
Overall GLP is a very well maintained hotel, and of course we would be happy to stay again in the future.

The welcoming service from Kris of the front desk provided us a great start of the hotel stay. Services from other hotel staff were nice too. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were above standard and the view was great too (we booked the Eiffel Tower view room). Would definitely choose Conrad again for our next trip.

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long.
Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily.
****** is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty.
There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.
The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. From the hotel, Macau International Airport is just 3km away. Just a short walk from Union Hospital Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Keeping busy is easy, with Lisboeta Macau, Galaxy Arena and Qube Kingdom - Kid's indoor playground all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel features parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

We expected a true five-star experience, but this hotel barely reaches a 3.5 or 4-star level in terms of service and facilities.
We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room and were even upgraded to a suite. However, the hallways and air conditioning carried a strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels with frequent Chinese guests.
Breakfast was another major letdown. If you book a room with breakfast included through Trip, you’ll be dining at The Market Bistro, but don’t expect a buffet. Instead, you get a limited choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. For a supposed five-star hotel, the quality is extremely poor—terrible coffee, packaged toast, greasy and fried food, and no fresh fruit or natural juice. The “pastry selection” consists of one processed croissant, two slices of toast, and a Danish.
The hotel is also overcrowded, with the reception and rooms located far apart, requiring long walks each time you go back and forth.
For just 300 - 400 Mops more, you could stay at The St. Regis or another luxury hotel (low season) that offers far better value for money. Don’t be misled by Trip reviews—this hotel does not live up to the five-star rating it claims.
Location: Very convenient, the door is the bus stop, from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge take 102x directly to the door.
check in: Staff doesn't understand Cantonese, no deposit required, room card is designated (only one)
Lifts: bright enough, big enough, there are 2, to take cards to the room
Corridor: Light, no odor (however someone opened the door to the rooftop in the morning, which was a bit weird
Door: Normal, thick, good soundproofing
Bathroom: Light, two towels each, good hygiene, no smell, clean towels with bathtub, however a bit high, be careful when entering and exiting.
Minibar: Has normal stuff, no snacks, fridge is not cold (out of water), has two bottles of water.
Bed: The pillows are one hard and one soft, the sheets are a little stained (acceptable), the duvet is warm enough with a USB plug at the headboard, but the light switch is a bit too bright
Air conditioning: Relatively slow, you can adjust the temperature yourself
Window: Curtains for blackout, but the light will burst between the curtains, the view is average (nor book this hotel for the view)
Hair dryer: normal wind, normal temperature
Wifi: Relatively weak, interrupts itself from time to time.
TV: To turn on yourself (remote control can not be turned on), not HD
Check out: Because there is no deposit, so put down the room card and leave

The hotel is family friendly. I was with my 6-month-old baby and the hotel offered baby crib and stroller for us. We also got some baby bath items.
We booed the Celebrity Tower but then the indoor swimming pool is for guests who stay in Star Tower only. We did not know about that. I did not know we can choose to stay in which tower, I only chose the room.
We got to try the indoor pool at the end because the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. We visited in February, it’s still not very warm so we were happy we got to use the indoor pool.

AAnonymous UserThe period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.
CCayyyyylamVery nice hotel and kids friendly
But not free for the minibar, a little bit disappointed
So close to the water park which is good!
Will definitely choose this again
IIvyJaneTThe best hotel we’ve been so far. It took me 2 days to decide to book this for our family trip and not a single complaint from any of my family members. Location is near Senados Square and many food to eat around. They have onsite cafe but I hope it opens earlier than 10 am because who drinks coffee at 10am? They have a self serve area on the second floor where you can do your laundry, iron clothes, exercise, eat or reheat good, refill water for free. The staffs are welcoming though English is always a challenge but they can do basic English.- better to have translator app like google translate. We enjoyed our stay and the best part is the overlooking window where we watched fireworks during CNY.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
PPeteGWe love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.
TThe HotelierMy recent stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Macau was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, this stylish hotel perfectly blends modern aesthetics with a rich cinematic history, offering a unique escape for both relaxation and exploration.
Upon arrival, I was instantly captivated by the hotel's sleek design and welcoming ambiance. The lobby, adorned with Hollywood memorabilia, set the stage for a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go.
I stayed in a spacious and beautifully decorated room that exuded comfort and elegance. The plush bed was a dream to sink into after a day of exploring Macau's attractions. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-quality toiletries and a coffee machine, that added to the overall experience. The large windows offered stunning views of the city, especially mesmerizing at night when the skyline lit up.
One of the standout features of the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is its outstanding dining options. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where I savored exquisite local dishes made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was chic and vibrant, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions.
The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like the historic city center and luxurious casinos. After a day of sightseeing, the rooftop pool provided a relaxing oasis to unwind and soak in the scenic views.
Overall, my experience at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was exceptional. The combination of its stylish decor, attentive service, delectable dining, and prime location makes it a top choice for any traveler visiting Macau. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, already planning my next visit!
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
KKwee LanGot a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.
